We offer our prix fixe menu, the 7-course "Sumire" menu for $119. We will call to confirm your menu selection 24 hours in advance.

We offer true Japanese cuisine at Hinata, and thus unfortunately with the limited size of our kitchen cannot accommodate guests with Gluten Free, Vegetarians or vegans.
All dietary restrictions must be noted in advance during the reservation process. We will be unable to fully accommodate otherwise.

The best Japanese fine dining experience we’ve had, including during a 3 week trip to Japan. We’re thrilled to have an incredible Japanese restaurant in Indy! It’s fresh, creative, flavorful, and thoughtful.

We dined on 4/27/24 for our first time at Hinata. Long story short, it was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Short of the Chef not preparing even the sashimi course infront of us, it was the perfect experience for us. The staff was very aware of their guests and handled each couple differently, clearly based on how we presented and carried ourselves. The sommelier (and the pairings provided) was the perfect addition to the entire experience. If you enjoy quality Asian cuisine, you'll appreciate this place, especially considering it's in Indianapolis. We will be back.

Best restaurant in Indy. Sho and Jason provided amazing service. Can’t say enough good things about Hinata. Definitely pricey, but totally worth it. INDY, EAT HERE! We will lose these restaurants if people don’t go!

We had a dinner for 4 with the sumire 7 course meal with matched alcohols. The diner was excellent and the service wonderful. This is definitely a special occasion meal and restaurant.
