   Beautiful but a little pricey for brunch. The tour was fantastic.

   Our distillery tour was sort of ho-hum. Not a lot to see and not a well trained guide. ("We remove the bungs before rolling the casks into position" -- sorry, that would drain the barrel if you did that.) Surprised the tasting cost money, but we tried the Midsummer Night's Dram because they are so hard to get. Better was our lunch in the restaurant at the distillery. Top notch cocktails and great food! We'd drive back up there from SLC just for the meal!

   Food and the tour were wonderful. The guide was very informative on the process of making whiskey!

   The distillery tour was absolutely fantastic. Dan,our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly as well as Allie in the tasting room and all the staff involved. It was a great experience!

   This place sort of reminds me of a restaurant at Disneyland. You're there, you want to immerse yourself, and also understand its probably going to be overpriced. Was so excited to visit this place, thinking the craftsmanship in their bourbon would transfer to their dining. Not the case. Food was mediocre, Cocktails were actually great, service was so slow we just decided to have 2 cups of soup because we didn't want to spend all day there. My soup was room temp, my partners chili was hot. Lots of tables sat unbussed while we tried to enjoy being in the midst of High West. Probably won't come back. Makes me sad.

   A way for the people on the Tour to be able to purchase products in the gift shop, instead of having the get into the general waiting line. Ended up skipping the Buffet because of the crazy line wait that I had to get back in to purchase the products in the gift shop. Very poor HW planning to have just (2) checkout points in the gift shop.

    Love the whiskey and went for a tour. Buffet was fantastic but very expensive. Bartenders were top notch and broke down their whiskey lemonade recipe. Gift shop was too small and prices for whiskey were the same as I can pay back home in TX. Still plan on going back.
