Food was good. Server Sam was horrible she skipped over our table for refills of water she barely checked on us. We chose to sit outside and she brought out hot tap water but brought the table next to me cold ice water. I had to ask her to bring us some cold ice water. Cups were dirty. It was a horrible experience for our first time there. Will not be going back.

The bar staff should be more customer focused. There was a situation with my party regarding a card and tab. The bar staff couldn’t find the card at first, and blamed the person in my party. It ended up being the fault of the bar staff, but they accused the person in my party of overreacting. Could’ve played out a different way where the staff admitted their mistake.

The view and drinks are great! Don’t waste your time with dinner here though. Apps are decent. Truffle fries were good. Very expensive!

This is such a great “date night” restaurant! We made reservations for 6pm and were seated promptly. We had a table outside and the vibe was classy & intimate, while the view was outstanding. We enjoyed the pleasant breeze while watching the sunset. Our server, Dymand, was very bubbly, attentive and professional. This was our first time at the High Rail, so we had a lot of questions about the food & drink menu. Dymand answered all our questions and was instrumental in helping us decide on a shareable and a cocktail. The Seared Tuna Stacks were an unexpected delight! They were so delicious and perfectly executed. The cocktail we ordered was the Telegraph. I’m not usually much of a rum drinker but this cocktail was so yummy and refreshing. It also had a kick to it, so it’s definitely worth the money. I would highly recommend High Rail to anyone looking for an intimate rooftop experience. We look forward to going back again very soon.

We had to keep reminding the waitress to come serve our party. The feedback from the group was that the quality of the drinks was poor. Vibe was cool and I think with better service this could be a great spot.

Ive tried twice now and the food is truly mediocre. I tried the one of their salads that was old and had hardly any dressing. My kid order the burger with fries, fries where so bad my teen boys couldn’t eat them. Place is nice and I suspect they will survive due to the venue and view not the food.

Me and my friend wanted to try a nice rooftop restaurant and we seen high rail pop up a couple of times we went and the drink food atmosphere and experience was amazing we fell in love with the place the service was amazing also we will definitely be coming there more :)

Food and drinks were delicious but hilariously overpriced. $14 for a mocktail made with seltzer and syrup… And the $20 tacos only have 2 pieces of shrimp each, 6 shrimp total… The food also took quite a while and I had to wait even longer because the kitchen sent my dish out with a garnish I told them I’m allergic to and I had to send it back. The view was really pretty. I’m not saying I’d never go back but I wouldn’t go hungry because $50 for a snack that left me hungry felt like a bit much.
