High Noon, the new Southwest-inspired concept of Aaron & Jessica Grimmer (Picnic House, Barlow), offers a menu that highlights pan-Southwestern classics like frybread, arepas, nachos, and taco salads with "choice-of-toppings" options, but also features fresh takes on street corn (melted feta, smoked paprika), stuffed peppers (tempura-battered pasilla pepper, cheddar, cilantro, green onions, enchilada sauce), dessert scones (buttermilk caramel, seasonal compote) and flan. Every ingredient is locally-sourced and scratch-made.

Consultant Tom Lindstedt's bar program aims to highlight the sweet and savory components of agave spirits and other flavors associated with the Southwest, while offering a refreshing take on the Old West. Tequila, mescal and rye are mixed sensibly in accessible offerings that are creatively paired with the menu items.

Service was wonderful. The bartender was comical and we joked around. He made my experience very fun. The nachos and taco salad are amazing! Very tasteful and fresh.

Drinks were good, food was okay, service was okay. Really wanted to like it, the drinks were really good, but the food came out barely warm and just wasn't impressive or what we had hoped. 2 servers in the place so took a bit to get attention when needed. Happy hour prices looked good, chill atmosphere though.

Too loud for a chat. Food was great. Cocktails really interesting. But it was an informal business meeting and it was nearly empty. So no bodies to absorb loud music off of concrete floors.

This is not a resturant but rather a bar. Nice place, great service, but only bar food to order.

I found the restaurant a run-of-the-mill mexican food. Our waiter asked for our food order and we never saw him again. Our wait for the food was way too long. Won't be returning

Server was sassy and wonderful. Service was quick (food was still very hot at presentation) and attentive. Would recommend for a group gathering after work.

We had seating and drink orders taken right away. The waiter was energetic and willing to recommend menu items. We ordered a few appetizers and main dishes. Everything came out the same time, which was a little disappointing. I think there may have been one or two workers working on food, drinks, and service. So it seems like they're a little understaffed. Food quality was excellent everybody was happy with their order. Would definitely go back again.
