The restaurant itself was lovely. There was a good selection of food and the waitstaff were friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, there is a charge for parking that is more than one person eating at the restaurant...$45 for valet and $35 for self-parking. We didn't even know there was self-parking because we were stopped by the valet. Downstairs, the sign says $30 for valet, so that should be changed. The hotel staff was not hospitable. Unfortunately, that is what we remember.

Our waitress was wonderful. Your management lacks training in regards to guest relations. After getting my first plate of food I realized it was all cold(beef medallions(borderline cold) all other “hot food” room temp; borderline cold. I brought it to the attention of the manager who was requested by me at my table. He then went and tried it himself with my husband behind him watching g as he tried it . He was pretty amazed to verify my findings. He then realized a lot of the trays lacked water and some were not lit to keep warm. We expressed that we were not looking for any type of hand out but found it quite shocking that not one other guest had a concern the food was not hot or at minimum warm. This experience was very disappointing especially considering my husband expressed to the manager it was also my birthday. We weren’t offered anything regarding that celebration either. WOW! At minimum it would’ve been professional for the manager to approach my table after his findings to tell me” mam, you were right. I apologize. I’m correcting the situation with the food trays. Is there anything we can offer you? A piece of cake? A glass of wine?(I do not drink) a meal on the house? Free parking? A discount on your purchase? A free future overnight stay?” Nothing was offered. This type of service is not acceptable regardless of how much a client spends to attend a function. Please take note and train your people accordingly, Especially your management staff. My other encounter with your table runner for some hot water to drink my tea was also a fiasco. I asked her for hot water. She looks directly at me, says yes, then never returns?!!
I got ahold of the other manager(black gentleman) who couldn’t maintain eye contact with me, appeared disengaged and uninterested in what I was saying. That is when I asked a server to speak with the other manager on duty and they tried sending me the same inattentive original manager I spoke with initially. Managed like a circus.
