Hestia, named after the Greek goddess of the hearth, is a modern live-fire grill house. Dishes find inspiration from a custom 20-ft hearth which anchors the kitchen and dining room. Our menus offers an opportunity to explore and showcase techniques that highlight the role of fire in food. You may choose to order from our a la carte menu or experience our chef curated tasting menu.

We accept reservations 60 days in advance. For event inquiries, please visit our website.

2024 Michelin One Star

Why they're an Icon

Executive chef: Kevin Fink

From the OpenTable editors: When the MICHELIN Guide rolled into Texas in 2024, Hestia, from the famed Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group, scored a coveted Star. Locals have long known it's a gem. To start, a 20-foot grill crackles with live fire in the center of the charcoal-toned dining room, where you can do a 12-course tasting with dry-aged Texas wagyu or choose from a la carte options like scallop in beef tallow. Or keep it casual at the bar with a wagyu burger, and pair it with a killer martini or a pick from the 400-bottle-strong wine list.

Awesome staff, service, everything. They were so great from the moment I walked in. EJ the bartender was so personable, even the food runners were clearly loving their jobs. It was great. Food was super unique and delicious, don’t sleep on the sourdough ice cream thing. Best bite of the night!

Was really good. Very small menu. Wish they had a filet mignon though. Sirloin is still a little tough despite them making it perfectly

single handedly the best meal i’ve eaten in my life. this is the second michelin star restaurant i’ve had the pleasure of eating at and it went above and beyond my expectations. we came for my boyfriends birthday and they gave us the best dining experience we’ve ever had. service is incredible, and the food is even better. the scallops, charred corn, and halibut were our favorite but every single dish we ate was elevated and perfect.

I enjoyed the thought put into each dish, there were some interesting flavor profiles in the scallops tangy beef tallow sauce and the herbaceous ranger chicken. I loved the pickle watermelon chili oysters, super refreshing. I appreciated how kind the staff was to me and my family, my little brother loves to ask questions and they were patient with him. Very cutesy space, the open kitchen is cool if you like to observe cooking techniques! Everything was bussin, thanks for the good meal.

Exceptional food, service and ambiance. It was fun to watch the kitchen work in perfect Harmony with head chef, Paul Wensel conducting the symphony. Tasting menu was exceptional. All of the staff were pleasant as each interaction created a fun part of the experience. Top 5 dining experience. Do not miss it👊

We went to Hestia as our second date in 2023 and hadn’t been back since and let me tell you - best meal I’ve had in forever. Maybe of all time. Service was impeccable, food was creative and fresh, drinks were flowing. There is a reason they are on the Michelin guide. I will be back.

Always an incredible experience when coming to Hestia. We opted for the tasting menu and were absolutely blown away. The food was masterfully crafted. From organic and local sourcing, to meticulous attention to detail in flavor profile and textures, and the most superb service, Hestia does not disappoint.
