We have eaten at Henry’s Steakhouse many times and always excellent food. This time it was complete different. My whole dinner was cold! Halibut seemed like it was boiled. It was mushy and cold. Potato was cold and the broccoli was cold. The waiter was excellent when i told him. He took it back to the chef. I told him to bring me the salmon. It was a little better but not as good as all the times we have eaten there before. I asked him if they had a new chef and he told me yes. Our waiter was embarrassed. It will be a while before we go back. Beautiful dining room!

From start to finish it was the best dinner we have had out in a very long time. The wedge salad, French onion soup and garlic rib eye were suburb. Katy was our waitress and she was awesome!!!! We were celebrating our Anniversary and we received crème brûlée on the house. It was delicious. We can’t wait to come back. We will be asking for Katy to be our waitress.

The service was excellent! We did have an issue with my wife's Ribeye Steak. She ordered her steak to be Medium Well.Her Steak was more rare then medium!We did send it back to be cooked some more. But. it's always hard to fix a steak the second time around! Our check was reduced by $36. That was appreciated. We will be back!

My sister's birthday celebration was a disappointment. One meal out of three was edible. It's too expensive to have bad food, and, sadly, we live in a society where complaining about the food gets the consumer a bad reputation. Consequently, we didn't send our food back. This shouldn't so, but it is.

Food was excellent and prepared correctly. Good service and nice atmosphere, but it is really expensive, so only good for special occasions. One small alcohol drink cost $17.00! No salad or soup served with dinner. All extra expense. Our dinner for four was over $250. With our discounts and a military 10% brought it down around $50, but with tip added back it brought the bill almost back to original cost! This was for our son’s birthday celebration, so we willing to spent that, but it’s a hard pill to swallow.

My prime rib dinner...meat perfection; tempura asparagus so oily I took off breading and tarter sauce not what I would dip tempura in...should be mayonnaise with a little soy sauce; baked potato yellow meaty but white would be better; bread very doughy better if soft rolls; husbands short ribs minimal but he enjoyed...but would have preferred less mashed potatoes and more sauteed vegs without sauce.

Hostess was very polite .this was my first time in the restaurant and I was very impressed. The server was very prompt on answering questions about the menu .the food we ordered was delicious and the server was great .I will definitely come back again.thank you for the great experience

Henry's is a very nice setting, rich wood everywhere. Excellent friendly service, keeping close track of our possible need for anything, proper serving of food. My brother had the chicken, the second time he has ordered it because he likes it so much. I had the filet minion, and it was perfectly spiced and amazingly tender, perfectly cooked. I would highly recommend Henry's, especially for special occasions.

Prime rib was excellent as well as my sides which were baked potato and mushroom medley. My wife ordered the Filet Florentine which was also excellent. Our waiter, Nick was very professional with a great personality.

This was the best food we have ever taste. I had ribeye and my husband had surf & turf. Absolutely the best. My only complaint is the smell from cigarettes from the casino.

Food was delicious but service from the kitchen was really slow. Waited almost an hour for our meal. Our waitress was great and checked in often, felt bad for her as she kept apologizing for the slowness of the kitchen.

We arrived at 5:45 without making reservations, after seeing lots of available time slots online. The hostess said they could not accommodate us until 7:30. After mentioning the availability online, they said they could do 6:45. There seemed to be a large portion of the restaurant empty, possibly they were short staffed. We were seated and greeted pretty quickly with warm bread and softened butter. We each ate a slice and left the rest. It was incredibly dry and tasted as though it was maybe missing salt? Our drinks took at least 10 mins to arrive, two glasses of wine. Again, I think they were short staffed. Our salads were excellent. Recommend the wedge. My husband enjoyed his caesar salad. I had the most delicious macaroni and cheese, and a baked potato. He had the filet mignon, cooked perfectly with wonderful sides. The meal was fantastic, just the bread needs to be changed. Server was great too! Just very busy.

The steaks house is vey good all the times. I did ask our waitress , how does the cook cook the meat? She said on the rare side. So I ordered mediu, it came well. They were nice enough to send it back and get a new one. Second one cook just right.

The best thing was the calamari and the wedge salad. The sauce for my steak was burnt. The service was atrocious. She came to the table 4 times: 1 for the initial drink order (which was wrong), 2 food order, 3 after food to see if we needed anything I asked for wine, my second drink again arriving after the food came out, and 4 for our bill and food boxing. I’ve had better service at Dennys. Mind you I served and bartended so I’m aware of the job and what it takes. Did I mention she only had one other table and the restaurant was maybe at 30% capacity?? Calling this place fine dining is a joke with service like that. I would’ve rather eaten at the bar or got a burger in the buffet. Train your wait staff. Maybe let them know we can see them talking and in their phones when they’re grouped at the server stations. I guess that’s millennial service for you.

I was a little disappointed in the overall experience at Henry’s Steakhouse, especially with the service from our waitress. My experience in the past has been great but during out recent reservations for a special occasion, my wife’s birthday, it appeared that we were a burden for our waitress. It’s unfortunate to had such a bad experience at a reputable restaurant.

Had a wonderful dinner. Clam chowder was loaded with clams. So delicious. Then had short rib dinner which was tender but sauce a bit thick. Prime rib was excellent one of the best we’ve had in a long time. Extremely tender and flavorful. Wedge potatoes excellent as well. Then topped off with sweet and creamy crème brûlée. Excellent service from Moon.

We have been coming here for years and the menu just gets smaller and smaller. Last 3 times we went, they didn’t have scallops or burgers. So it’s like remove from menu. The food we had was good, but not exceptional for a steakhouse. They used to have lobster bisque and calamari and better specials. Service was decent, prices little high for quality, but overall okay. I say Henry’s get back to pre-pandemic menu and compete!!!

Everyone was very nice and the staff was happy to accommodate my service dog. I ordered the sirloin and mushrooms. The steak was perfectly cooked but the the wine reduction was so salty I could only eat a few bites. Since this is the only menu item I have tried, I may just have made a bad choice (for me).

Everyone in our group liked their steak meal. Three rib eye and one sirloin steak dinners were ordered. French onion soup and clam chowder was ordered and everyone enjoyed. Soup was $12 extra a person. The bread with the meal was excellent. Our order took a very long time to get to our table. Steaks do not need to cook very long and we were one of the first customers in with a 5:15 reservation. Prices are very high and we spent the most money ever in our life for a dinner for four people. $263 not including tip and no deserts. We did order one beer and one old fashion alcohol drinks, but that was it. This was a Fathers Day celebration for us, so the price we paid is a once a year thing and was split between two people, but boy that was a lot for a dinner for four! We are use to spending around $80 for four out to dine out including a couple of beers.
