   This restaurant has restored my faith in brunch in Nashville. My wife and I are frequent patrons of various Nashville restaurants (118 and counting) and enjoy a brunch. The last two restaurants took a bit of the wind out from us -- not because the food was bad (it was not) but because it was so ordinary. Not so with HR. The food was unique and surprising. The monkey bread was worth the trip; the crab cake was as good as Legal Seafood in Boston Harbor; the cocktails were delicious; and the quiche was just fine. The only soft spot was that our entrees were 40 minutes or so coming out and we were the first couple seated this morning -- we were not in a hurry so no big deal. Wait service was spot on. We'll be back, no doubt.

   Very good seafood restaurant if that’s what you’re looking for. Great place to try new seafood dishes! Desert was also great!

   I’ve always loved Henrietta Red and usually have a great experience, but this visit was a bit disappointing. We found a hair in one of our dishes and, after bringing it to our server’s attention, it was replaced—but not comped. Coupled with slower-than-usual service, it felt like a small gesture of goodwill, like removing the item from the bill, would have gone a long way. I’ll definitely return, but this particular experience fell short of their usual standards.

   Excellent - Cheryl our server was lovely and the food (particularly the oysters) were outstanding!

   This was one of the two worst James Beard dining experiences I’ve had. It took an hour and a half to get our dinners. Our server didn’t stop back for the last half hour of our meal even after we complained about the timing to a food runner. My dinner was overly salty and my husband said his fish tasted like cat food. Not sure why it all went wrong but it was a huge miss for us.

    A group of us went for brunch, and we would rate it a 7/10. Not our favorite brunch spot in Nashville. We got the monkey bread to share, and it was burnt. The inside had a good taste, but we couldn't eat all of it due to being burnt. I got the turkish eggs and enjoyed it. Two of my friends got the Okonomiyaki and really enjoyed that. Our least favorite item was the crab cake. It was rather small and way too salty. That is coming from people who love salt haha. Overall a good experience, but we were not wowed.
