   I hate writing bad reviews but the food was really bad. There was literally zero flavor. We took some friends there and everyone was disappointed, it was almost like they ran out of salt and didn’t season the food. Service was ok and the drinks were decent but we were there for dinner and the food was just not good.

   menu could be refreshed. server was not "in the moment" or focused on making the customer experience a good one. more interested in conversing with other staff than customers.

   Henni's is our favorite restaurant in The Gorge. Casual, yet elegant, always a pleasure... Incredible;e food, great cocktails, and local vintners...

   First class food, décor and helpful wait staff. Sound was a little echoey as tables were fairly close in the back room. Booths are best with sound, however we were six, so needed larger table.

   My girlfriend and I eat out every Friday night, not on the way to or from somewhere else - dinner is the main event. We appreciate a restaurant with a menu that is new and different as local produce changes with the seasons. We appreciate linen table cloth and napkins, an attentive but not hovering waitstaff, food presented in an eye appealing fashion and last but not least the flavor of the food itself. Our Hennni's experience was disappointing in large part because it meets some of our expectations but in the end fell far below the criteria that would keep us as regular Friday night customers. Linen table cloth and napkins - (excellent). Waitstaff was slow but of course the waitstaff for the most part is dependent on the bar and kitchen to get them the drink or dinner to serve. Having said that the bar and kitchen have nothing to do with the wait time between being seated and having your order taken and as mentioned in other reviews its slow - (mediocre). The food presentation showed an attempt to make the meal appetizing to the eye - good but could use some improvement. Lastly the food. We came for the Indian cuisine as that is the one unique offering on the menu. The food was bland, if there was curry in it neither of us could taste but a hint in either the beef offering or the chicken Goan Curry - appealing to look at but where's the curry? (fair)

   We drove up here from Hood River after finding on Open Table. It was a gorgeous and slightly scary drive up the mountain (we’re from flatlands). The menu has lots of unique vegetarian options. We only had a few appetizers and all were delish! Amazing cocktails too!
