   Excellent meal! The beef tartare was very different from the norm - served in a small bowl we spooned it out onto our plates and found the small meat chunks mixed with a few veggies and some cheese to be delicious. The grilled brook trout was also nicely done. If you like Negronis, their house version should not be missed.

   Food was not great. Five of us dined. No one’s meal was that good. Burger was over cooked. Food was bland. Not worth the price. Really disappointed given the prices we paid.

   We loved our brunch at Henley! The food and service were fantastic. Loved the beautiful decor and it was not loud so we were able to have nice conversation. Highly recommend.

   Service at Henley really disappointing tonight. Compliments to the chef, all of the food tasted exceptional- unfortunately our mains arrived cold. Our server was... "distracted"... all night. Had to repeat our order multiple times, he forgot our drink order entirely. Observed him stumble into our table, the bar multiple times. Then, after we all sat around for about 20 minutes with empty glasses, had to prompt again for refills. Server had to be prompted to bring a dessert menu after we sat around for 15 minutes after the mains had been cleared. Then, the server failed to ever return to actually take our order. All of these issues occurred while our waiter was only managing two parties. We were eventually forced to give up on dessert and just got the check and left. A great restaurant with a great chef and bar team. Sadly, the experience was ruined by terrible wait staff.

    Had a phenomenal meal at Henley! My family was in town so we wanted to go somewhere nice and lively, but not "stuffy". Glad we chose to dine here! Our server Evan did an amazing job as he was extremely knowledgeable about all the menu items and was helpful enough to provide gluten-free options as one of our guests has celiac disease. From the appetizers, to the entrees, everything was so delicious! The bar served up some really tasty cocktails...if you like whiskey, order the "Old Bell" and thank me later! The baked feta and house made focaccia were great options to start with! For entrees, we had the Grilled Trout, Chicken and Dumplings, and the Henley Cheeseburger (omg you guys...the FRIES were out of this world). We also had sweet potatoes and rice and beans on the side which were incredible. Loved the variety on the menu as there were so many tasty looking options to chose from. Everything came out really delicious and you can tell the amount of effort the staff puts into the menu, service, and atmosphere of the restaurant. My parents love to cook and can be tough critics, but they were very pleased with our meal and we all agreed it was the best place we ate it during our entire week. Cannot wait to go back again soon!

    My partner and I enjoyed the courteous and attentive staff, but the food was underwhelming for the price.. and we both ended up feeling sick to our stomachs within an hour after the meal. Our waitress was extremely kind and the service was great, as well as the host and bartender.

    Our dinner at Henley was outstanding. We took our friendly server’s recommendations across the meal and the creative dishes did not disappoint. The service was excellent. And don’t miss their signature drink the White Rabbit.

    This place is amazing! The baked feta is delicious! Their menu is limited and not super kid friendly so if your kids aren’t good eaters it might not be the place for you. Our kids split the fried trout and loved it! The waitress and wait staff could not have been more friendly and kind to us (and our two young girls).

    Food was delicious but our server was a little absent. Had to find him several minutes after our food arrived to get condiments, and after letting him know I did not like one of the drinks we ordered, he still charged us for it even though I didn't drink it.

    Food was great as well as the service. We asked our server for recommendations and followed them. The baked feta was amazing, brisket was great but those wonderful noodle made the dish and for dessert we had the banana cream pie which was incredible. The decor was lovely and everyone was very kind. The only difficult thing is finding parking in the area. Valet was $25 and I think if you’re local it should be free. That would make us come again or sure!

    Our reservation specifically stated on NYE that we could have the non-plated menu, but upon arrival we were told we had to do the $120/person plated menu. Having known that there was a plated option AND the option to not select that on NYE was the reason we chose Henley. We were disappointed and had to go somewhere else on NYE because of this. These details were clearly not checked before putting their reservations up on OpenTable.

    Amazing as usual!! The crab bisque and focaccia were amazing starters!! Drool worthy. Our drinks were great and the burger is a must. Chris, our waiter, was so awesome!! We’ll be back.

    Outstanding service from everyone who worked there. The bar program is especially good. The bartender used extra special ingredients and care, and he even came over to explain the nuances in the cocktails he prepared for us, and they were some of the best we've had in Nashville. The menu is lacking in terms of finding something produce-forward, healthy, non-spicy, or friendly to dietary restrictions. The space is beautiful, enjoyable, and comfortable. Kimpton hotels always have lovely restaurants.

    The food was good, but for a $70pp Christmas buffet, it left a lot to be desired. Also, while understanding that Nashville was experiencing extremely cold temperatures, the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Something should have been done to make the space warmer.

    Christmas buffet. Food was top notch as well as service. Value wise was overpriced. No seafood and only served ham and lamb. Could not eat enough for the cost of buffet to feel that you got your money’s worth.

    We ate at Henley for the first time on Christmas Eve. The staff was super friendly and attentive. It had been a stressful day because of rolling blackouts happening in Nashville due to the ice but you couldn't even tell because everyone was in such good spirits. We had the specials. My husband had the ham and he loved it. I had the lamb and the flavor was great but it was overcooked (the only reason I didn't give 5 stars). Our drinks were delicious as well. The cost was on par with most of the nice Nashville restaurants. We will definitely come back and try their regular menu.

    We are staying at the Kimpton and our hotel stay includes a breakfast credit for the Henley each day. We've been twice so far. The first day I ordered the scramble and biscuit with gravy. This morning I ordered a side of eggs, fruit, and a biscuit with jam. The food for breakfast is nice (some dishes are very unique and you can tell they've been curated by a chef). The waitress is very attentive and sweet. She gave me recommendations and answered my questions about items on the menu.

    Beef tare tare was ok but really needed to be served with toast or some bread. The crab soup was wonderful but also needed some bread. Drinks were marvelous. Parking was a nightmare- valet service was backed out into the street.

    We went to Thanksgiving breakfast as a family and overall enjoyed but after waiting for our appetizers for 45 mins as one of maybe 4 tables at the time (they were preparing a thanksgiving buffet for lunch) we ate for about 20 mins and asked for boxes and the check. Right after our very sweet server left the table the host came by to tell us he needed to turn the table and we needed to wrap it up within 15 mins… It left a really bad taste in our mouths. Again, our server was great, food was good but we waited to order and eat longer than most dining experiences and the host didn’t even bother to ask our server if we were already wrapping up. For a more upscale restaurant you would expect a different level of professionalism. Thanks to our server and the chefs for working and feeding our family on a big holiday though.

    While our server was cordial & nice, service was terribly slow. We think he and one other server is all there were—and the restaurant was fairly full. It took 45 minutes to get our drinks and we were concerned we would finish our food before we received them.
