Dinner was outstanding!!! We will definitely be back with friends. Chefs table next time.
Brian our server is top notch
We loved everything we had at Henley. Our server, Danielle, was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. At our table we started with the Country Fried Brie followed by the Grilled Hanger Steak, Braised Brisket Reginetti and the Henley Cheeseburger accompanied with the Crispy Fingerling Potatoes and the Sorghum "Everything" Rolls. All were inventive and excellent! We will definitely be returning!
Menu is ho-hum and some dishes (e.g. 3 scallops) are overpriced.
Late dinner so perhaps the kitchen was not feeling inspired, but...
Great food, great atmosphere! It was a perfect anniversary dinner!
Beautiful, modern eatery, a must eat in Nashville!
The service was great. Everyone was very attentive, informative, and engaged. The food was excellent; everything we ate was outstanding. We had the mussels and the brie, both of which were unbelievable. The scallops and pork belly were cooked perfectly, and the souffle for desert was superb. We will definitely be coming back.
Great dining experience!
I surprised my husband with a reservation here for his birthday and WOW Henley did not disappoint! The food was amazing, the drinks were awesome, but the service is really what made it. We may not be from Tennessee but we will definitely be back!
Overall great experience. Good food. Support staff was very helpful.
Server was knowledgeable but could have been a little more attentive. It was a little too chilly inside the restaurant and the door was propped open so we kept getting a draft of cold air even though we sat outside.
Good experience for year end dinner out with my sons. Great job and service and food was very good.
Diverse and delicious menu. Very pleasant atmosphere. Have the risotto!
Can't quite put my finger on it, because I have zero complaints, but not sure it's a place I feel compelled to return to. Except maybe for the Fried Brie. But I also wouldn't protest if a group wanted to meet up here.
The service was so slow. It took about 20 minutes to get a drink and the restaurant was not very busy. The employees were nice just slow with their service. They were out of steak which is surprising being in Nashville. Their food was poorly flavored and bland. I don’t recommend this spot.
The service was very subpar. The food was good, but for the price paid and the lack of attention given by the servers we left disappointed.
We went for my friend's birthday dinner and had a wonderful time! The server sang to us and gave him some delicious dessert. The food and drinks were delicious, however our steaks were a little overcooked. The atmosphere is interesting - like relaxed and upbeat at the same time. Also, our friend cannot have gluten and they ask at the front if you have any allergies or sensitivities, so that was thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend for dinner and some drinks before going out!
It was a wonderful dinner and will be a go-to for every trip to Nashville. Loved the ambiance, service was top notch and food amazing. We conversed with tables around us and had the perfect evening.
Fabulous meal! The Country Fried Brie was our favorite thing...I'd go back to have just that again. I had scallops and grits and my husband had the crispy pork belly. We left NOTHING on our plates. Highly recommend Henley!
Our waitress was AMAZING!!!! I think her name was Danielle? Not positive, but she was blonde and had an amazing smile. She made our whole night!
Went here for breakfast with a friend - food and service were great! Would definitely recommend.
The food was amazing, the service was beyond terrible. The four of us were all in agreement, and we are not “those kind of people”.
Do NOT skip the mussels. Everything about this place is amazing.
We had a birthday cake and a special request for a quiet table, and Henley went out of their way to accommodate us. The service was phenomenal and we felt very taken care of! Food and drinks at Henley are always delicious, too.
Great service. Tasty appetizers and sides. Entrees were ok but not spectacular.
Went for a special occasion, horrendously overpriced and awkward. The food was seriously average. The only redeeming quality was the decoration and ambiance. Disappointing.
Great, great food. We had the scallops which were better than I have ever eaten. Friendly and efficient waiter and great food from the salad, rolls and main course.
Benjamin the, lead bartender, is amazing! Best cocktails in Nashville. If you like bourbon, he is your man to see. Highly recommend going to see him at the bar!!
Food was a bit dry
Reserved this for Mother's Day. Was our 4th visit to the restaurant and was a surprise how disappointing. Service was poor - had to flag down staff just to get waters, cutlery, coffee - 3 separate times. Food quality has declined. I know many restaurants are short staffed these days - but then don't take reservations if you cannot support them. I won't ever be going back.
We had a lovely evening at Henley’s. Food and service was wonderful.
The appetizers and drinks were amazing, but the entrees were over-hyped by our server and all lacked seasoning. My friend got the brisket (waiter called it the “best thing on the menu”) and could barely finish, another friend got the pork belly and it didn’t seem like there was any salt at all. My fiancé had the hanger steak, which had a good flavor but was an incredibly small portion and the accompaniments were bland. I had the bouillabaisse, the flavor was okay but there was no broth and I didn’t receive the bread that was in the meal description.
Made a brunch reservation for my wife’s birthday. The request: Upscale restaurant that served biscuits and gravy. We showed up, no host to be found. Had to go find someone. Once seated, our server couldn’t possibly have made it more obvious that she didn’t really want to be there. Ordered a hot tea. They were out of tea. Okay, no big deal. Time to order food. Ordered biscuits and gravy. “We’re out of biscuits and gravy.” It was 10 AM on a Sunday and there was only one other family seated in the restaurant, and you’re “out”? Hardly. After being told they were out of or didn’t have other things we asked for, we finally got food ordered. Food took over 30 mins. Once food arrived, most everything was good. My daughters bowl of yogurt that we were assured was “vanilla” and not plain, ended up being plain. She wouldn’t eat it, but at that point we just wanted out of there. Worst birthday brunch ever, and I feel awful as I’m the one who made the reservation for my wife’s birthday. Won’t be back to this place. And no surprise it was empty.
We were there for breakfast. We sat in their outdoor area which was nice. The service was very slow. I finally had to get up and ask another waiter for the check. The food was below average. The avocado toast was a tiny portion. And was low quality. We ordered cheese grits and they were out of them. The quiche was ok , good crust but it was extremely salty.
It was great! We were celebrating being fully vaccinated. Can’t wait to come back for brunch
Excellent food and even better service!
Cute place! The service was extraordinary, staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food was a little over priced, but good nonetheless. The drinks were very good! I'd go for the drinks alone next time I'm in Nashville.
Worth every penny
Nice clean vibe and looks great on line. Unfortunately, my pasta had water in the bowl ( quite a bit)and was super bland. Three of us ordered the pasta and we all needed salt. ( ugh...always bad when you have to ask for salt). There was absolutely no flavor. One friend ordered the chicken and felt sick after dinner that evening... she also used the salt. In all fairness, I am vegan( only one at table) so they had to modify my pasta. Mine was the only pasta with the super watery pasta. Will NOT go back and all five of us had a bland/bad meal. Worst meal I’ve had in Nashville.
The host was great who seated us. The waiter was a little awkward, fine but like he didn't want to be there. Scallops were really good. overall it was just ok.
