   Horrible experience in every way. I will not eat there again or recommend. There are not enough words to describe how bad it was.

   Management needs to be aware that when there is an event in town, they need to be better prepared with staff. There was a concert that evening and we understand that our server was stressed to the max with how many tables she had however, once she took our food order which unfortunately was incorrect, , we did not see her at all. We wanted another drink and we needed more water which unfortunately, we could not get. Various times she did go by us but we couldn’t catch her eye even though we tried . Again, we understood the situation, but being in the service industry means that you also still need to be aware of the customer. We asked for the check and still had to wait 15 minutes to get it. It was only after we caught her eye that she came over and then started to tell us how busy she was due to the concert and we didn’t hold it against her in tip. We only mentioned this because there was another server who seemed to be able to handle the situation better with her customers. We enjoy this place and have been here before. We feel we had to write this review so that management will be aware in the future.

   We enjoy Hemingway’s for the ambience and the lovely Mountain views. The food is fine but not exceptional. The wait staff was excellent. I recommend Hemingway’s for the lovely outdoor dining in nice weather.

   Our service was slow and food was below par. This was a disappointing visit to Hemingways. I had a much better expereince on a previous visit. I hope this was an anomaly and not a trend.

   I have been a loyal fan of Hemingways for sometime. When I was looking for a house to buy here. I stayed at the Cambria a few times and I met several people, I am great friends with, still today. So I am a bit nostalgic However the ambiance and feeling is not good it's dreary and less attractive. The food was terrible. Nothing was hot, ham croquettes were burnt. Service was not the greatest. No one clears tables. I was really taken back by the change for the worst. I will not come back nor would I ever bring or recommend Hemingways as I use to. So disappointed Stephen A Robinson

   3 meals. All were marginal. Staff clueless about ingredients for food allergies. Paella was basically some gummy yellow rice with some seafood thrown on top. Ceviche could have been good but they added sweetened condensed milk . . . Drinks were good, views were nice. They were also out of the two dishes we wanted to order. Get drinks and eat somewhere else.

   Our waitress (Edith) was great - a natural given she is new:). Good atmosphere (View!) and good food. The blacked Mahi mahi was just a tiny bit overcooked. The Paella and salad were perfect. Will definitely be back!

    Was hoping for something a little more cozy and a feel of south beach or Cuba. Didn’t realize it was in a hotel which I can understand probably some constraints. View of city is one of the best in town hands down. Food was good not didn’t blow us away. My wife did like her Cuban Sandwich. The Hemingway Mojito was really good. Def worth a visit.
