    This was my first visit to Hell's Kitchen. The ambiance and service was excellent! The wait staff are very friendly and helpful. The quality of food was great! However, my only complaint is that the price point was high for what you get. I've paid similar amounts and either received more volume of food or a more unique meal.

    The tomahawk was not cooked to liking and a bit tuff to chew and is not on the menu so it’s like you are not going to ask how much it is and then you get hit with $225 dollars rubber meat. For two people 1. Meatball American wagyu was not the best. 2. Wellington price fix menu. (Appetizer Scallops were good) and desert. 3. Tomahawk 4. Mac and cheese. 5. Sparkling water 2 bottles 6. One beer Total $489 (mind blowing for mediocre food.

    I took my mom here for her birthday. She is obsessed with Gordon Ramsay and the Hell's Kitchen show, so this was bucket list for her. It's lively, it's loud, we had soo much fun. Every staff we interacted with was so sweet and upbeat, you can tell they really love their job. The food and drinks were delicious. Sitting up front to see the cooks work was the highlight. We definitely will be back!

    My steak was served Luke warm .. I asked for them to reheat it or bring another one and the unfriendly /awkward waitress said no but she said “she can can microwave it ..” I was done with half my steak when the bottle of wine finally showed up .. The price point the same or higher at Morton’s , steak 48 , Mastro’s , Ruth’s Chris .. but these steakhouses don’t miss a beat .. chef Ramsey would furious if knew what happend here.. never again !

    Awesome service. Our server, Laura, was friendly and attentive. Food was good. Try their signature entree, Beef Wellington, Lobster Risotto, and Golden Beet Salad. We top it off with their delicious Sinful Chocolate Cake as dessert.

    Unfortunately we felt pressure to order quick and get out. I had planned to take my leftovers. We had steak, macaroni and cheese and brussel sprouts to take home. We were celebrating my son’s high school graduation. The table was cleared so quickly without us noticing we just assumed they were boxing all the extra food up. They did not. The managers seemed too hover over our table and we felt rushed out. Brandon the waiter was amazing though. After paying $1200 and not getting our leftover food to go, I feel it tainted the whole experience. We didn’t feel truly welcomed.

    So... this was our second visit to Hell's Kitchen. The first time, we loved it even though we were sitted very close to another couple and it was pretty load inside. We quickly overlooked this because it so cool inside and the food and service was incredible. This visit for our 32nd anniversary was not even close to the same experience. The food was still delicious, but it was brought to us barely even warm let alone hot. I don't know if we were forgotten about or what because the service was ridiculously slow. The server was very nice but not around often enough to even get us a second drink during the course of the meal. It took much too long for the food to come as well and once the order was in, I felt like we never saw our server again until it was time for the bill. They were sweet to bring us a small dessert for free since it was our anniversary. Little touches like that are always nice but I am really appalled when you buy an expensive meal and it is ruined because it is not hot when it gets to the table. Every time service is slow, this seems to be the case wherever you dine. I don't know that it was the server's fault or if they were just extremely understaffed. A disappointment considering the price point and while the food is yummy, I'm less likely to return now because I don't want room temperature food whether it is good or not.
