We had a great first experience at Helena! They do a great job sticking with the Mediterranean theme and there are multiple areas with different setups, which can make for a different experience each time you go! The food was well prepared and the service was great. We will definitely come back again for dinner and also try them out for brunch. Would recommend if you’re looking to dress up and have some nice Mediterranean cuisine.

I came here to celebrate my graduation with a party of six. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The tables were extremely close together—so much so that I had to ask the person behind me to move just to get up and use the restroom. There was no warm greeting from our server, no water offered, and surprisingly, not even a simple “congratulations” for the occasion. We even had to flag down other staff just to get our server’s attention. The menu advertised brunch until 3 PM, but by 2 PM, I was in the mood for lunch or dinner options, and that wasn’t available—which felt limiting. The noise level was overwhelming; I literally had to shout to talk to my brother across the table. While I understand it was busy, a smile or some light engagement from the staff would’ve made a huge difference. The one thing I really loved was the ambiance—great vibe, good music, and a beautiful bar area. They offer bottomless mimosas, which was fun, but it was odd that we had to get up with our cups to refill them. Maybe it’s to prevent sharing, but still—it felt awkward. As for the food, my chicken burger and fries were solid. My brother ordered the large breakfast for two, and he only really liked the French toast. The yogurt was sour, the fruit wasn’t sweet, and many of the pastries were dry. This spot might be better suited for a fun brunch with friends or drinks at the bar rather than a celebratory meal. Great aesthetics, but the service and experience left a lot to be desired.

Brunch is so odd, you have to get up to get your drink instead of a carafe being at the table. Food took a bit long. I ordered a basket of croissants to go and never got them and got charge. Never got a break down or receipt shown to me. Called so they can check the bill. They couldn’t and asked if i was close by, i live in west orlando i am not driving back for your waitress making mistakes.

I’ve never wrote a review like this. I’ll start by saying the staff is incredibly kind. Our server was so sweet and we were seated promptly. The restaurant has beautiful decor, ambiance and the dj played good music. The issue, which was a first to me, was the food. I am not picky and do not normally complain about anything, just not the type- if we don’t like it we just don’t go back and keep it pushing. But the food here was not tasty at all. My husband got a cheeseburger (the truffle fries were delicious- the three of us ate them). I tried his burger, the cheese looked artificial and the burger itself was not juicy or flavorful (Millers/Five Guys win by a long shot), especially for the price. Now, my mom and I shared a large Greek salad with grilled chicken (Something w olive at Mediterranean places). Everything, down to the feta, was flavorless- truly. The bottom of the bowl had about a quarter inch of very liquid, water-like dressing that tasted like slightly seasoned water. The lettuce was soggy. And the grilled chicken tasted and looked, like it had no seasoning. I typically leave great reviews everywhere and love supporting, but with such a competitive food city like Orlando with sooo many smaller places dedicating everything to fresh, flavorful food- this was a huge disappointment being it location, price point and hype. I have no plans to ever return.

very romantic- beautiful atmosphere. Great service you just feel spectacular and the food is incredible. I had the duck and I will tell you this that chef is one of the most amazing chef’s! It was like heaven in my mouth. 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
