   Wife and I had a great time on our Friday night date night. Sat at the bar and had great drinks prepared by the highly skilled bartenders. He also made a few food recommendation all extremely well prepared a d very tasty. This is our third time here. We look forward to our next visit. Five stars

   I never review anything but this place was so extraordinary that I just had to leave a review. It’s one of the most innovative restaurants I’ve ever been. All the dishes were mind blowing. Service was also 10/10. Will definitely come back!

   This was my 2nd time to Heiho. The food is awesome. Chef takes you on a journey through his creative use of ingredients. I will definitely be back.

   What a super cute, newish place is Kaimuki. Ambience was fantastic -- perfect for a date or special occasion. Service was also great -- we sat at the bar and Gabriel was our friendly barkeep/server, with a few others swinging in and out to deliver our dishes. The food and beverages are an experience. Nothing is expected. Both familiar and unusual flavors. The menu speaks in poetry, so you're not really sure what you're going to get until it shows up -- and then you're still not sure. Extensive whiskey menu, sake, 12 beers on tap, and more. Generally speaking, the food and drink were very tasty and often, beautiful, allowing you to eat with your eyes before your mouth. The portions are pretty small, though, so don't come with an empty stomach. Also, be prepared to spend a pretty penny. It's definitely a pricey place. Would definitely consider coming back for a special occasion.

   I consider myself a regular at Heiho House now the environment is always lively and energetic and the food and drinks never cease to amaze. Highly recommend Heiho House.

   This restaurant is epic! Chef A+! Mixologist not a bartender here A+! Service staff and management on point A+! Music A+! Ambiance A+! Away from annoying tourists A+! I am a major foodie who moved from L.A. 10/2020. I have become a regular here and am proud to write this recommendation as this is one of if not my favorite restaurants on the island of Oahu. I travel the world as a foodie and wine-o and Heiho House is right up there with the best! Very artistic and unique food and cocktails!

    The food was definitely different. I think they were trying too hard to make simple Japanese dishes into something different and that was hard to swallow. Making things different and it being fusion is one thing. However making things overly sweet and salty is something that should be looked at. However it looked like people were there for the ambience and the drinks. Cocktails were really good. Overall food def needs to be reviewed again. Even a simple miso soup we ordered had so much done to it that it didn’t even taste like miso soup. They should’ve called it flower soup. There was no miso taste in it at all. When we have both bowls straight back and told them what happened they didn’t even take it off the bill nor did the manager come and ask what was wrong. Cocktails were imaginative and very tasty. Food not so much.
