   Nice change of pace, sat outside on a lovely Sunday and enjoyed the Piri Piri chicken and a mimosa. It all worked for me.

   This is our new favorite place in Indy, however it is temporarily closed. Very sad about that.

   Hedgerow is a fabulous restaurant. Two of us had the lobster benedict, with lobster flown overnight from Maine, and it was absolutely amazing. The other two also enjoyed their dishes, a bahn mi and a chicken sandwich. They have great farm to table ethic and the vegetarian and vegan options are plentiful and delicious. Drinks are creative, yummy, and refreshing. The decor is open and welcoming, and the staff is always very friendly and attentive. We particularly appreciated the rainbow flags for Pride week. They take covid precautions seriously with distancing and masks. We absolutely loved our brunch here, it was a great Father's Day.

   Food was excellent! We had a vegetarian in the group and she was happy as a clam. Drinks we great as were the appetizers. And definite return visit is in order. We sat outside too.

   This was our first time dining with Hedge Row and we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. I am in a wheelchair and asked if there were a table that I could roll right up to when we made our reservation, and they put us at a great spot that was quiet and out of the way. From the first person who greeted us to all the folks we passed on our trip to our table and of course to our server, every person was so nice and congenial. The food was tremendous. we started with lettuce fish tacos, just absolutely perfect, my wife had the short rib and I had the scallops. The short rib was super tender, the scallops seared with a delicate little crunch on the finish outside, we also got brussels sprouts which were good too. Our server was super kind and very knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu, wine selection and attentive without being under our feet. Honestly, it was just an ideal evening. This is now on the list of our favorites. We finished with a sort of bread pudding with ice cream on top, a very nice dessert to share (it had a lit candle on it for my wife’s birthday, and it was really fun to watch the server carry it from across the very pretty, darkened room). We had a couple cocktails, I would definitely recommend the old-fashioned, my wife would definitely recommend the Moscow mule and the wine selection was really top-notch.
