   Had a nice birthday dinner with friends - burger was excellent and so was the brie appetizer. Service was a little slow - but overall had a very nice dinner.

   Great new dining experience to the east side. Menu offers many choices and our entrees, salads and burgers, were excellent. Our server was outstanding, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to the outdoor space as an option when the weather permits.

   Was excited to eat here because I remembered Heck’s in Ohio City fondly. Didn’t enjoy Beachwood location as much as the Ohio City location.

   Everything we order from the appetizer to the dessert was fresh and delicious. The service was interesting, I am not a big fan of different people bringing out your order from the kitchen and having no idea who ordered what. The decor is very cool, however it is very loud, the high ceilings don’t help the acoustics at all. We will definitely be back, I highly recommend the Tuna and the bread pudding!!

    Took over 90 minutes to get our burgers. When I cut into mine I realized it was not the one I had ordered but server was no where to be found and after waiting well over an hour I just ate it. Fries were also not hot

    Brenda, our server, was an absolute delight. Gary, behind the bar, was also a delight!! Great vibes and even better music selection, but what was even better- the food! Can’t wait to come back.

    I ordered one of their famous hamburgers, medium rare with Swiss cheese. It came with coleslaw and it was supposed to have a pickle spear. It came without the cheese, so when they sent it back, it came back out to me as well done and no pickle I’m not coming back. It was too expensive for what I had to eat couldn’t send it back again. The meat was dry and unappetizing

    Sunday brunch at its best. Great open concept, cool lighting and attention friendly staff. The brunch menu was pretty big, the drink menu wasn’t too far off. My husband and I started with the gf banana waffles and the caramelization from the waffle iron mixed with the mascarpone topping was fantastic. I ordered the crab and avocado Benedict and it was delicious. So make a reservation today!

    The burger was fine but my husband didn’t care for the short ribs. The portion was smaller than expected and was little over cooked. The service was good. Our overall experience was decent (average). It’s not a restaurant I would add to our rotation but may decide to visit every now and then.

    Food was outstanding. It was pretty busy and the server forgot to ask if we wanted dessert before she brought the bill. Just a heads up for those chocolate lovers, the chocolate milkshake is a vanilla milkshake with chocolate sauce squirted on the glass.

    Made a reservation a couple weeks ahead. We were seated immediately when we arrived, which was nice. Restaurant space is inviting with big booths in the center. It was pretty busy already and was packed by the time we left. Our server Juan was awesome! He always had a smile on his face and took good care of us. Cocktails were good, but portions small. Calamari was overcooked and a little chewy. Perogies were very good. Burgers were all ordered medium and most were medium well to well done. We rarely send food back, so we did not mention. They were still tasty but definitely dry. Fries were good and plentiful.

    I was super excited to come to this location. The heck’s on the west side is amazing so I was happy that I would have to drive as far. First things first, everything decor wise was great. The restaurant definitely looks brand new. Bar looks great as well. Secondly, we were sat near the bar in the corner which is fine, I don’t care about that. What I did care about was the a bartenders throwing glass bottles into the bin which was loud af lol. If you go here, avoid that area if you want something more “intimate”. Food was meh. The rice with the tuna dish was by far the best part of our entire meal. Winter burrata was fine but they give you two slices of small/medium sized pieces of bread which isn’t enough. Everything else was just bar food quality. Service was also meh. Our server was nice but extremely casual in the way she spoke. I think she may have been a manager possibly because she was manning the bar and multiple tables on a super busy night so she was probably just trying to hurry things along by being super casual (we didn’t feel rushed though which was nice). Overall, probably won’t come back in this year. There are a lot of really good restaurants in this area to compete with and as of now, they are worth the visit. Once they get settled in, I might go back and try again.

    Appetizers were cold. Desserts, mains, milkshakes very good. 1/2 hour wait for our table even with reservation. I would not recommend at this time. I don’t like to wait.

    We’ve eaten at the original Heck’s many times but our first at the new Beachwood location! Food was great, servers very nice, nice crowd mix. We’ll be back again soon!!

    I had the crab cakes and a delicious salad. Our waiter was great, just the right amount of attention (sorry I don’t remember his name). The restaurant was not particularly busy so it was quiet. Will definitely come again.

    We were seated promptly. Our wait staff was friendly and efficient. Noise level was moderate to high. Chicken skewers meal not recommended. The rice on the plate was cold and overly soaked in aioli making it uneatable. The vegetables were tasteless and did not appear to be grilled. The chicken was overly seasoned.
