   We have been before and it is always the first suggestion for a night out. The jazz duo playing tonight are amazing!

   First impressions were that it was beautiful space and great vibe! However the service was painfully slow. It took a long time to get our drinks and even then they were the same drink but one was filled way more and were different colors. At the end to pay the bill we waited almost 40 mins to get the bill and then to pay it. It was obvious we were ready to go and had our wallets on the table for quite some time. There seemed to only be 1 waitress who was making drinks at bar, taking orders and ringing through bills. It was a Saturday night but not too busy so not sure the holdup. We noticed some of the other staff around also drinking/eating as well which is totally fine but maybe need another waitress to accommodate everyone in a timely matter next time.

   We really enjoyed the food and the lounge entertainment but were disappointed that the singer's 20 minute break turned out to be nearly 60 minutes.

   Overall a nice experience. Food was great. Lounge service was great. Restaurant service disappeared. We sat for 30 minutes without anyone dropping off menus or offering us a glass of wine. Finally we were able to catch someone. They were very apologetic and got us sorted. Would have meant a lot if they offered a glass of wine to make up for the first 30 minutes without service. But food was good and my friend and I still had a good visit. I will give it another try in the future.

   While I enjoyed the ambiance of this restaurant, including the lovely piano playing with accompanying singer, other aspects were disappointing. Some of the food was good, such as our calamari appetizer, however a number of other items lacked seasoning. When the manager had asked how our meal was going, we indicated that our other appetizer lacked flavour and he said he would take it off our bill, however he failed to do so. Our service was also quite slow, taking three hours to get through our meal, where I finally flagged down someone in order to get a bill. To top off the evening, upon return to our vehicle we had a $65 ticket. This was rather unexpected given that we had advised the concierge upon arrival where we had parked and were told it would be ok. He failed to advise we needed to register our vehicle and there was no signage indicating such in the parkade. Overall, would not return.

   A really enjoyable evening with top quality entertainment, service, food and drink. Thank you. A cozy spot for an elegant evening. Could still converse during music, though I preferred to listen to the gifted performers. Thanks for giving us such a lovely evening spot in the suburbs

   Our reservation wasn’t ready when we got there, we were sat at a 4 top & then moved when they actually looked and saw the reservation was for 6. Service seemed a bit disorganized but our server was extremely friendly & looked after us. Food was tasty.

   Great for a quiet night out for a couple or with friends. Live music was lovely - not too loud, great pianist/vocalist. Food was excellent

    First time to Headquarters, and it won’t be the last! I tasted the aranciata balls, beet salad and short rib - all were delicious. Our server was very attentive and the manager stopped by a couple of times to check in and make sure everything was fine. The ambiance was lovely and the live music was perfect. Overall, a great experience - thank you!
