Welcome to Hazelwood Food and Drink in Bloomington.
A modern New American restaurant serving modern comfort food with a family feel in a bright and contemporary interior with a scratch kitchen that offers wonderful dishes from our rotisserie and wood burning pizza oven, everyone is sure to find a new favorite!
We are open 7 days a week with our signature brunch offered on Saturday and Sunday. Hazelwood is the perfect spot for your work meeting, date night, or family outing!

    Our private room can seat up to 30 guests for a sit down full service experience, and up to 45 guests for a cocktail reception. From plated dinners, cocktail passed culinary creations to buffet style, we can provide unique experiences to suit any event. If you need help with décor or floral, we have an in-house designer who specializes in honoring every detail to make your event perfect. Our chefs are experienced and excel at handling special events. They can accommodate any need you, or guests, may have. From dietary restrictions, to special menus, celebrations, or a private business meeting. We can be very flexible to suit your dining needs. Contact the store and ask for our Special Events Manager, their job is to ensure that every detail of your event is complete– from the initial concept to the food and beverage menu planning and decorations to the executed event– allowing you, the host or speaker, to relax and enjoy your guests.

    Wonderful place to enjoy lunch!! It was noisier than usual as we had a large group next to us. The food was delicious minute chicken is fantastic and my sister had the Cobb salad and said it was great.

    Our server was phenomenal. Food was great. Loved the gluten free key lime pie. Best ever! We will return. Our daughter recommended the restaurant and it truly lived up to her critique.

    Delightful food, the friendliest service, quality for the price. Don’t let the slightly more upscale vibe scare you away if you’re in for a family trip, they clearly even put effort into their kids menu items. The calamari was delicious, with thick pieces of meat well fried with cocktail sauce. The fish and chips was delicious, perfectly cooked, and the tartar sauce was fabulous. The short rib linguine was the best dish of the evening. To call the portion of short rib generous is understating, it was perfectly cooked, the sauce was money, and the tomatoes balanced the extremely rich dish with ease. Will be back next time we are in the area.

    Fun night meeting friends for dinner. Sat outside on a beautiful evening. A little noise from airplanes, but still could talk. Great food , drink and service.

    Steak salad was a disappointment. You've changed it and it's not as good as I remember. Itty bitty steak with a bland salad.

    Still one of our favorite places. The food and the service are always great. It’s pretty busy depending on what time you go and so at those times it can be pretty noisy but even when it’s really busy they are always well staffed and handle it well. It’s certainly one of the best run restaurants around.

    Laura was superb, recommended the perfect meal and even served my wife an ice cream birthday surprise! It was a fantastic visit!

    Scallops and parmesan crusted walleye were excellent choices. The key lime pie we had for dessert was soooooooooooo great.
