   My little local favorite. The food is great and ever changing and the staff is friendly and attentive. Can't ever go wrong here!

   Good food, nice surroundings. 3 loud guys at the bar that actually made it impossible for us to hear each other's conversation. Certainly not Haywood's fault but it'll make me think twice about going back.

   One of my favorite neighborhood gems. Folks are extremely nice, cocktails are excellent, and food is on point. Definitely go and sit on their patio before it gets too cold.

   Very simple to sum this place up. Don't tell any of your suburb or Lincoln Park friends about the Haywood Tavern and enjoy this hidden gem to yourself and hang with the people in your immediate neighborhood.

   Everything was just alright. Food was fine. The cocktails we tried were pretty good. Service was lackluster. No one ever gave us their name or introduced themselves yet three separate people were at some point our server. Just seemed like we kept getting handed off to someone who wasn't as busy. No one offered any recommendations or explanation of the menu. You're very much on your own as far as figuring out what you're ordering. The food wasn't good enough for me to give service a second chance.

   With booths and tables it is more than a tavern although it does retain some of the Chicago corner tavern vibe. The food was varied. The trout was good but the pepper salad made it special. The service was attentive without being intrusive

   My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Haywood Tavern, and will most definitely be back. The staff was attentive, the cocktails were fantastic, and the food was delicious. What a great neighborhood spot!

   Chicken and gnocchi were delicious. Also the corn cake was great. Wine list could be expanded.

   Great food and service but you leave with a sore throat from having to yell to be heard over the music and sound bouncing off all the hard surfaces. The noise level prevents recommending this spot.

    Been here a few times as its right around the corner from us. Always great. Food is fantastic. Specials are excellent. Service can be a bit distracted at times, but absolutely takes care of all their customers. Not the cheapest option, but far from expensive. Highly recommend
