We were in awe of the interior decor and architecture of the hotel that it was an added bonus to our dining experience. The service was impeccable from the host who seated us at our table to our server to the food. It was all a 10+! And we will definitely return again!

Celebrated a big family win here and it did not disappoint. Vibes were on point, service was super smooth, and the non-alc cocktails? Shockingly good. Bonus points for the surprise treat from the kitchen—such a nice touch. Definitely worth a visit.

Our brunch was wonderful!!! I took my family to the Hawthorne for Easter brunch. Our server was so amazing and the atmosphere was relaxing. Sitting beside a beautiful grand fireplace leant to the atmosphere of the charming character of this iconic hotel. I had the Eggs Benedict which was tasty and cooked to perfection. I tried a bite of the Sourdough Pancakes. So unique. I’m going to order them next time !! A 10 out of 10.

The service was amazing and the ambiance of the location was great! The fairmont’s interior is stunning so it’s so fun for a a restaurant to be located inside there and have the ability to enjoy it! We went for afternoon tea and they were able to cater to accommodations for dietary needs!

Me and my kids came today for a brunch, it was a wonderful brunch indeed. From the moment we entered the restaurant a warm welcome greet us by the wonderful staff. We were attended by Ms. Patricia, she was so lovely and she made sure everything is ok. The ambience was good, only the music is a little bit loud, but overall everything was superb. I highly recommend Hawthorn Restaurant in Fairmont Palliser Hotel to everyone who loves superb fine dining and a top notch service.

A lovely space and ambiance for a special evening! We ate a delicious meal, with first class service. A most memorable evening, thanks to all the staff - both in the kitchen and those who served us. What more can we say!
