    I have been to Hawksworth a number of times - including a wedding party, and I had enjoyed my experiences there every time until my most recent visit. I must say, I’m extremely disappointed. To start, our server is under trained... he took my table’s order standing at one single spot (at a round table) shouting across the table asking my guests for their menu selections. Perhaps he didn’t realize, but one of my guests could see his saliva landing on the butter knife and side plate. I asked for the manager to change our server. He asked me for a reason. I explained to him and he changed our server, our side plates and bread basket immediately. However, the dinning experience did not improve. To list a few examples, main course was served and few of us were still missing utensils, the sharing plates for a lamb shoulder dish were incorrectly placed at the wrong guests’ seats, we lost our replacement server after our main course and had to flag down random servers to just take a small requests, after meal coffee orders were not followed properly. To top it off, the table sitting behind us was excessively loud and rude, shouting coarse language across a long table throughout the entire time they were dining at a shared dining room with few order tables. I only gave my meal a 12% tip as a minimum formality after these unacceptable experiences. The server (our third or fourth server by now) who was responsible for settling my bill, perhaps looked at the amount of the tip I gave, gave me a questionable glare. My party and I did not receive the level of service nor the quality of a bare minimum fine dinning experience. I strongly suggest its management look into this without delay. Re-education for certain of the restaurant’s staffs is a dire priority. Nonetheless, the food quality was acceptable. Perhaps changing its dinning classification from fine dine to casual eatery may be more appropriate.

    Always a great atmosphere with good food and a great wine pairing thanks to the sommelier. My dessert was actually the best part. Will definitely go again

    Spectacular. We have been here before but the current Chef’s Menu is really special and we loved our waiter!

    Swanky hotel and nice atmosphere. The service was amazing. For starters we had the octopus and burrata dishes which were amazing. For my main, I had the salmon which was good but not overly interesting. The ice cream dessert was delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves.

    We tried the vegan+vegetarian tasting menu which was really good. The food had lots of flavors and textures.
