Menus conceived by celebrated Canadian Chef David Hawksworth, Executive Chef Sylvain Assie, and Pastry Chef Marissa Gonzalez showcase ingredient-led contemporary cuisine, that is firmly rooted in the classics.     Lovely dinner with family. We had a complicated order with one tasting menu and others did not. They timed super well to allow for conversation without pressure. One issue with main course temperature was immediately rectified with gracious service. Highly recommend

    Tasting menu and wine pairing were excellent. Very attentive and friendly service, Samantha couldn’t have done more. Ambience and lighting was great but full restaurant made it noisy at times.

    The food was good but not great. For the price expectations were high and they didn't deliver on all accounts. I had the beef striploin with scallops. The scallops were fantastic almost as good as what you'd find in Digby NS, the striploin however was tough and lacking flavor. Again it was good but not great. The dessert I had was the creme brulee was a modern take on a classic which was on point and one of the best I've ever had. All the classic flavors with new delights added in. Services was great, I'd probably go back and try a different dish.

    It was my first time at this restaurant. I left with mixed feelings because the food was really good but I didn’t like the ambience and it was practically impossible to have a conversation because of the level of noise. My compliments to the chef.

    Chef david provided the most amazing experience to my parents sat down, took the time to talk with them go through their stories and his provided them a once in a lifetime experience truly blessed and thank you so very much. The whole staff just was exceptional words cannot express the feelings that I have when I heard the stories From my parents with their experience.
