WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Everything that could possibly go wrong did. From beginning to end, the experience was an absolute nightmare. Worst service ever. Cold coffee, no spoon, even after I asked for one. Brunch items ordered with no guacamole were served with guacamole in them and had to be remade. I had to drink my cold coffee and eat my cold breakfast tacos, while the others waited for their meals to be remade. When I did finally get a refill on my coffee, it was cold. The server never returned to the table, unless we flagged him down. The bill was incorrect and had to be redone. He never apologized for anything and barely spoke to us during the whole experience. This was supposed to be a nice birthday brunch with friends. The only thing nice about it was spending time with friends. Even that was hard to do under the circumstances. I would actually give it a -4 star rating if this was possible!

Service was good but the kitchen was extremely slow. Restaurant opened at 1130, we had 1130 reservations and were told they were already out of some specials.

We were met at the entrance with welcoming smiles. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the menu & helpful with selections. The beer recommendation was on point with what I was looking for. The food was amazing & the presentation was lovely! My lunch at Haven was delicious & would highly recommend.

Not bad, not great. Just OK. They ran out of 4 beer selections on the menu. Every time I chose one the server came back to tell me the keg had kicked. I understand it was a Monday but that’s a bit ridiculous. Do you mean to tell me you can’t replace the kegs and update the draft list? Food was average. Service decent. A bit noisy even in the back dining room with the place 3/4 empty. Probably won’t return unless going with another group.

Been there multiple times and it is usually great. Great food and good environment. However, this experience was awful. The service was nonexistent and when asked to speak to the manager he refused to come over to the table. Waited two hours and was constantly being told our food was on the way. We paid for our drinks and walked out before even getting the food. I figured it was just busy but the tables around us got their appetizers and food before our waitress even came back to fill our drinks.

We went for Mother’s Day and it was absolutely delightful. We got to sit outside and had delicious appetizers entrées desserts, and of course wonderful beer. Our server had such a great disposition. It was very accommodating to my children. It was a great experience and we can’t wait to go back.
