Havana 1957’s live entertainment celebrates a journey – from Havana nights to the shores of Miami, all the way to the lights of Las Vegas. Stepping back in time to the golden era of Cuban culture, the show begins with the traditional sounds of 1950s Cuba and inspiration of the Buena Vista Social Club. Moving to steamy Miami, diners will be on their feet with the iconic sounds of Gloria Estefan, Miami Sound Machine, and the legendary Celia Cruz. The show closes out with a tribute to a modern and glittering Las Vegas – a fusion of Cuba and America like no other. Starting at 7:30 pm until 10:30 pm!

Newer Cuban restaurant in Vegas across from the flamingos habitat at the Flamingo hotel. They have the best Ropa Vieja (dirty clothes) dish & flan dessert I've eaten in years! The staff is exceptional in their service & friendliness. The live entertainment on Friday & Saturday nights brings back memories of an old Vegas that had free lounge shows. I highly recommend Havana 57 to visitors & locals!

It was dead. No band. To be fair it was a Sunday at 8:30pm. The service was great though! The ceviche was amazing, addicting, a must have, the fish and chips was almost the best ive had this side of the Atlantic! Very light and flaky! Batter was flavorful but not quite “beer batter” fluffy. Nice large filets though! I’ll be back!

Absolutely loved it here!!! The vibe and food were excellent!! We will be back in a few weeks and we will return!

The show was great, but that’s about it. The food was not a great example of good Cuban food. Beans tasted like Goya straight from the can. Compared to the South Beach location the mojito was tiny, not nearly as good and significantly more expensive to boot. Everything was more expensive and lower quality than other locations. Skip the food here and just spend the money on a real Vegas show.

I loved it. From the food to the Latin music and some of the staff singing along with it. And the flan for desert served with candied walnuts!! A great combo

This was my second day in a row going for breakfast because they have more than 1 healthy choice. Highly recommend eating here
