Was very disappointed overall. The service was incredibly slow and on every occasion we had to try and get someone’s attention. The pina colada was lovely and the food was ok nothing special. It didn’t have a great vibe, no music etc and the staff were were not very welcoming or hospitable. I know this restaurant is still quite new at the 02 so giving it the benefit of the doubt but I doubt I will ever return. It’s very overpriced for what it is.

Usually this restaurant is good as I’ve been one Wembley and Harrow but this one for a beautiful area it was terrible. At least the place looks pretty and food was great. I went here for my birthday on the weekend. First of all I had a booking confirmed. They didn’t even bother to reserve the table or anything so had to wait at least 15mins for people to leave a table.. then we go there. And once we got settled to the table and ordered the food. The service was terrible. They were slow. They didn’t even bother seeing what our queries were. They had no clue what was going on. They don’t even remember the orders. All they cared and did the right thing was getting their money lol. Even took off service charge and they didn’t even bother seeing what the customers point was. Also for toilet they have ONE toilet..

Visited on a Saturday night before a concert. Really nice decor. Good dessert place with plenty of options and the burgers are great too. We had mostly good service with the occasional fault (got my order wrong and they forgot the sauces we had already paid for). Would still recommend for a pre concert treat or burger! Note they don't serve alcohol.

This was my first time at Haute Dolci. I previously heard a lot of great reviews about this place, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely bring friends and family next time.
