In 1994, Terry Kakazu and her friends created a wine club and named it HASR. In 2012, that wine club evolved into a full blown bistro in Honolulu, Hawaii. Not only can you enjoy lunch and dinner there, they offer wine tastings two nights a week as well as live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. Reservations are encouraged, especially if looking to dine on the beautiful courtyard. The cuisine at HASR Bistro is made from quality fresh ingredients. Regular visitors enjoy such lunch options as Australian Wagyu burger or the HASR Moco. Popular dinner options include dishes such as Mongolian Baby Back Ribs, Cioppino, pan seared salmon or veggie pasta. Guests who purchase a bottle at nearby HASR Wine company can enjoy a glass with any meal for no corkage fee.
