Did not get a salad bowl until after our main course and my main course was cold.

Didn’t end up eating here in the end. Literally had no food in stock.

Would recommend booking beforehand as it's a very busy and popular place - reasonably priced but my food arrived cold. 3/5

Our first visit to the o2 harvester and it will be our last.. with two performances in one day I believe that the manager should have been aware of how busy it was likely to be. On arrival many people were being told that the online booking services were not available and the wait was 45 minutes.... we arrived at 5.30 for a 6.00 pm booking... we were told that there was no rotisserie chicken. No mushrooms or tomatoes... we ordered a two fish and chips and two salmon dinners.... no starters were ordered... we waited 50 minutes for our dinner which when it was served was so over cooked it was inedible. We made our waitress aware of how dissatisfied we were and she was very polite and professional and offered us a dessert.. unfortunately due to the length of time we had to wait for a main course we did not have time to eat a dessert as the show started promptly at 7.30. The whole experience was a mess and I am so disappointed as it was a gift for my mum who was celebrating her 70th birthday. She is a diabetic and we chose the harvester out of all the eateries within the 02 as we thought it would be the safest option for her requirements..... it was really embarrassing for me and my husband. I would not recommend this venue for a pre show meal. The bar had run out of beer too.

Found it very strange that upon arrival we were told to wait for a table when there clearly was a number of tables laid and waiting to be used?? but saying the above the server was very quick in taking our order and we did not wait very long for the food to arrive,Which was piping hot. would return when we are next there.

Not a professional restaurant when they call at 14.50 to advise that they've had a problem in their kitchen all day, waiting on an engineer since 11am and unable to guarantee your booking at 17.15! We booked the table as we were at the O2 arena to see Michael Buble. Thank god for Cafe Rouge!

Booked table ahead of event we were attending at the O2. Arrived to be told they didn’t have half of the menu .... chips being an essential item for most of the Harvester’s menu! Who runs out of chips!!? When we return to the O2 I definitely wont be booking the Harvester again.

Had several items unavailable and the salad bar was not kept topped up. Had to wait about 15 minutes to get someone's attention to pay despite being very quiet. Otherwise good food and great value.

I was out a bit late so the only place I could book a table for Sunday lunch in the O2 arena at the C2C festival was at Harvester. My expectations were not particular high - so you can say I didn't really get disappointed but yes as expected there was nothing to rave about. Got presented with a long list of food that was not available as soon as we entered the door, the wine that was served was not cold and the food was pretty average - but as I said basically as expected.

Restaurant was fully booked, but had many empty tables that were assigned for specific groups, so we had to wait for our table because previous people were still eating. We could of taken any of the 20+spare tables and been out sooner... They had run out of fountain soda and also had limited bottles of coke etc. Starters came but. Using key sauce (as was out of stock). Mains were alright, but quality was not what I’d expect for the price. Overall, disappointed. Staff did there best, but were clearly under pressure and not enough to support the large number of covers.
