Our restaurant, bar and private dining room celebrate the storied history of California's organic farming, brewing, and oenology. Outdoor patio seating unveils stunning Aliso Canyon and golf course views. As an homage to the original homesteaders, fresh-made food and drink are a focus throughout your dining experience, with many ingredients harvested on property. What we don't grow here is thoughtfully sourced.
Kyle St. John is the Executive Chef bringing his passion of farm-to-table cooking and fresh, locally-sourced cuisine.

The menu changes with each season, integrating fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables grown and gathered from our own half-acre Harvest Farm. The new bar is a haven of sociability, featuring an innovative handcrafted cocktail menu, enticing wine list and 18 craft beers on tap—all for sipping along with earnest conversation.

We recently dined at this restaurant for my wife’s birthday, and although I had some initial doubts, we decided to give it a try since we were staying at the resort. At first, the service was quite slow, which had me worried. But then, our waiter Philip arrived, and everything changed. Philip provided one of the most unique dining experiences we’ve ever had. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to our needs, and exuded a humble and friendly attitude throughout the evening. His passion for his work really showed, and it made the whole meal feel special. It’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism and warmth. Thanks to Philip, our experience went from uncertain to unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back and requesting him specifically. If you visit, be sure to ask for Philip—you won’t be disappointed!

The food and service is excellent but they need help when it comes to ambiance. Just a little tweaking of the lights and this restaurant could go from good to exceptional. It is VERY bright which makes it feel more like a dated restaurant for an older crowd. If they dimmed the lights and threw some candles on the tables this place would transform into a romantic special destination for a date night or any special occasion go to. The view and the grounds are beautiful but the bright lights in the restaurant just make it feel old and dated. I've offered suggestions in the past that have taken restaurants from mildly popular to packed so I hope you heed the advice. Change the lighting and create the restaurant this canyon destination is craving.

My husband and I go out for date night every Saturday and this location was just perfect for it. We had a drink at the Ranch then headed to the restaurant right next door. Beautiful area, amazing service and food was decent.

This was our first time at Harvest and we definitely will return. I had a glass of wine and the burger; spouse had the fish special and a glass of bourbon. Both dishes were delicious and service was excellent. We were seated out on the covered patio. Next time I’d like to be in the main dining room, which looks rustic but elegant.

Unfortunately, our recent visit fell short of expectations. The service was disorganized, with our appetizers and entrees arriving simultaneously. Additionally, requested spices and condiments never made it to our table, leaving us feeling a bit neglected. The food itself was adequate, but not exceptional. We’ve dined frequently, so hopefully this disappointment was a one-time occurrence.
