   Our dinner last night on New Year’s Eve was truly amazing. One of the best meals we’ve had in some time and we big foodies. Our starters of cauliflower soup and the chicken liver pate were incredibly delicious, followed by the duck and NY strip steak that were seasoned and cooked to perfection! We will be back again next time we visit and highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t eaten here yet.

   While vacationing in Woodstock from Cleveland, I was (luckily) tasked with picking a restaurant for our last evening there...so, we kept driving by The Lodge while running to and from the grocery store, so I Googled their website and noticed they appeared to have a nice looking menu (they also have really super cute little cabins for lodging), so we made reservations. This cozy lil hidden gem did not disappoint!!! I had one of the best appetizers ever that I'm still dreaming about... ricotta, with a house made apple jam, pistachios and warm crusty bread slices for dipping. And then I had the steak which was cooked to perfection and marbly deliciousness. Highly recommend! We're definitely making this a stop on our future trips to Woodstock. ❤️

   It might not be for everyone but I loved the Chicken Liver Pate! The tempura cauliflower was excellent too.

   I have gone to this local gem several times and the service, quality of food has consistently been outstanding. The chef is able to change up the flavors often to avoid getting bored with the same menu items yet keeping the favorites available.

   Ate here while staying at The Lodge, and it was one of the most enjoyable meals I've had in a long time. The food was amazing and we ate on the outdoor deck, which is a lovely setting. The Lodge is still undergoing a facelift and it under new management, so there is still some upgrades that have not been completed yet (e.g. the parking lot), but don't let that discourage you. The chef, Sam (Samantha), we were told trained under Wolfgang Puck and our meal was just extraordinary. My husband had the mussels that were so good he was temped to drink the broth and without asking, the manager dropped off some extra bread to soak it all up. I had grilled salmon and it was excellent. Highly recommend if you are in Woodstock. (We also LOVED our stay at The Lodge...such a cool place!)

   Our dining experience at Harvest was excellent. We started off with crafted cocktails on the beautiful and relaxing deck and moved on to dinner inside. Our server recommended a few delicious appetizers, burrata and sweet charred corn. We had the pan seared salmon and steak mains and both were incredible The service and food were as good as you can get. If you are in the Woodstock area, this restaurant and dining experience is not to be missed. PS. We had after dinner drinks on the deck too!

   Worst service ever... my god.... I can't even start to list the ridiculousness that went on. I live in Woodstock and will never go back

    I wish I could have tried everything on the menu. Very creative and delicious dishes, and Sam makes every effort to use local ingredients. Highly recommend dinner at Harvest!
