Harry’s Restaurant in Exeter is set in the heart of the city and has been gratifying appetites for 26 years. Rated as one of the best restaurants in Exeter on TripAdvisor, Harry’s has established itself to become the go-to dining den on the neighbourhood food scene.

Founded in 1993 by the Pounds family, Harry’s is still independently owned and run today. The eclectic restaurant, bar and private dining room all sit within the iconic gothic style building, formerly Harry Hems’ 19th century architectural sculptors workshop.

    Fantastic meal at Harry’s! The service is great, staff so lovely. The food delicious, highly recommend the steak tagliatta and burrata pasta. Wine selection great, overall great place for dinner.

    We had a wonderful family meal. Excellent food selection and it was all very tasty. Perfect ambience and service. It was a novelty not to have “service change “added to our bill as happens elsewhere. Of course we paid this! Must return again as had forgotten how excellent Harry’s restaurant is!

    We had a wonderful time, we were well looked after and the food was excellent. A little noisy for the hard of hearing I the party. Would definitely visit again.

    A wonderful venue to celebrate a child’s graduation. Welcoming staff, good value food and drink options, and delicious food. And only a short walk from campus.
