Hard Rock Cafe Budapest is located inside the Váci shopping and entertainment center in a historic UNESCO world heritage site. Our cafe features 1097 square meters of floor space over 4 levels, plus an outdoor dining area open seasonally. The famous Rock Shop® is located on the ground floor, and the main restaurant, bar, and performance stage are located on the first floor, while the top floor provides additional seating and stunning views of Vörösmarty Square and Váci Street.

It is much like many Hard Rocks around the world. The quality of the establishment and facilities were excellent. As a vegetarian the options are ok. We were advised that Hungarians are extreme meat eaters and hence there would not be too many vegetarian options. There seemed to be a little urgency to bring our main course out. It was actually first sent out a few minutes after our starters had arrived. Which meant that it had to be very clearly re heated. The tortilla's had therefore turned into a popadom feel and had to be re arranged. The pricing was on the very high end of being Hungarian, in fact it was far more expensive than eating in the ultra five-star Four Seasons hotel. The service was attentive and always friendly and the ambience was up to the standards of all Hard Rocks.

I received the kids' menu, and my daughter chose the one with broccoli. When I asked where the broccoli was, the waiter took the plate away from my daughter and said he would ask the kitchen. Then, I was informed that they use the menu of other chains and that in that restaurant, they did not provide dishes with broccoli, but I was only informed when the dish arrived. Then I asked if she could cut a piece of avocado instead since there was some in other dishes. She told me that they had just mashed it, and I informed her that this would not be a problem. However, once again, they gave me a handful of avocados with seasoning and pepper. No one said it was seasoned that way, and they knew it was for a 2-year-old child. I ordered the local burger called Gourmet, but it was completely flavorless. It was one disappointment after another. The worst HardRock I've ever been to.

The staff went above and beyond for us and looked after us so well. The food was wonderful with huge portions as always.

Sosem kell csalódnom a Hard Rockban. A környezet hangulatos, az étel remek, a kiszolgálás pedig kedves és felkészült. A gluténmentességre is figyelnek, krumplit is külön sütik. Csak ajánlani tudom.
