    Service was hectic and chaotic in a loud setting. Service was fine, but no hospitality...no conversation, no explanation...just order and drop by anyone and everyone that works here. Very efficient but very inpersonable. Food great...house sugar buns were bomb!.

    We had a family dinner at Harborview Restaurant for our daughter’s wedding the next day. The food, service, and restaurant were outstanding! Highly recommend!

    Food was good quality, but pricy for dim sum. Service was very lacking. Asked to cut a large dim sum in half like most dim sum restaurant would do, but the staff looked bothered and just pointed to a dinner knife on the table and gestured we should do it ourselves. But it was very difficult to cut through lotus leaf with a dinner knife. Asked for red wine twice, waited for a long time, and got white wine instead. Restaurant was not even that busy.

    I reserved weekends in advanced and called days before to have things prepared when we arrived. The food was not prepared and I had to reorder the food again. They also asked if we could finish the meal in less than 90 minutes. Food was pretty good except the fried rice was a little too oily.

    Beautiful location with a great view. Service attitude was poor, especially for the prices they are asking. It felt like the staff were annoyed if we asked them for something. Portions were small. But the staff attitude put a damper on our birthday celebration.

    Wonderfully succulent Peking duck starter with ample time to finish; subsequent dishes arrived, spaced so that every dish stayed as hot as possible….attentive wait staff even on a busy week night…bravo!
