    Food was amazing, but it was too hot inside, service was bad, and we did not get to sit outside as requested. However, I will be back, but I know what I am expecting when it comes to the service.

    The best BBQ pork buns. The dumplings are average, much better places in the Bay Area to go. And the corn chicken congee soup is yummy. Make reservations ahead and choose off peak hours if you want it to be quieter and be able to sit on the patio.

    This was my first time dining at Harborview for Dim Sum out on the patio (normally we arrive for dinner and it's too cold/windy to sit outside), and it was an absolutely lovely experience! The bao were the clear winners of the meal - both BBQ Pork and Pineapple Custard, and the mocktail Guava Martini was a delightful compliment to the meal. Staff are incredbily attentive, and service was fast yet food was fresh and piping hot. I am very glad I got to try my favorite SF Chinese restaurant during the day time, and I look forward to coming back with more people! Thank you!

    Nice setting. Open and bright. Great waitstaff. Food not good. Chicken and pork was full of gristle and fat. Not pleasant. Tea and rice were good.
