Located at Four Embarcadero Center, Harborview Restaurant & Bar serves quintessential Cantonese Cuisine and traditional yet innovative dim sum and banquet menus, with impeccable service in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.     Really delicious, fresh tasting dimsum. The private recipe beef was exceptional. It was crowded but we had reservations, seated right away The noise level was loud so this is not a place for a romantic date, it's more for a families and friends outing. The restaurant was cute and would have liked to sit by the window to people watch those on the embarcadero. Will definitely come back!

    We had 4 dishes, the signature Bake Code was good, but the shrimp with glass noodles dish was sub-par. The shrimp used was mushy and definitely not fresh.

    HV has become out go to over YS etc. Food is always good. Excellent variety. Wish items like chili sauce and soy were preset with tea as it is difficult to get once service starts. Our server this visit was excellent. She was on point.

    一個字。差！ service was none existent. we have to ask for everything. food were “warm”. this place has gone downhill (a lot).

    A good place for large groups. The food wasn't recognizable as Cantonese. Most of the dishes had heavy breading or a sweet thick brown sauce.

    My friends and I were visiting SF for the first time and since its my bday I made dinner reservations here as it was recommended by a friend. I mentioned at my reservations if we could be seated in a table with a view. Sadly it didnt happened. The restaurant was so busy at dinner time. Thankfully we had reservations. The food was good like really good. And the serving was fast too. Unfortunately since the restaurant was so busy and we were seated at the corner, you couldnt really feel the good dinner ambience.

    We were greeted with a smile and seated quickly. The servers were quick and the food came out even quicker. The food was amazing! I would highly recommend.
