The Harbor House opened in 1980, and serves fresh fish, shellfish, premium steaks and local draft beers.
We offer upscale casual dining upstairs and on the outside decks as well as private event dining downstairs. Come and enjoy our great city and harbor views. Walking distance from the San Diego Convention Center, we are an ideal spot for banquets and private events.

Great atmosphere and experience. I had a service dog and they sat us in a beautiful location but was a little cold and no lights. Had to use phone flashlight. Service was great. Food was tasty. Son's steak was cold and charred vegetables but the greatest but overall good just a bit pricey. Thank you for a great dinner.

Service was awesome, outdoor patio very large with great views of the bay. Food and drinks were excellent!

Wonderful visit. Celebrated sister’s birthday. Food was delicious and Jess did a great job serving us. She was friendly and professional. Loved having a table next to the windows for water view.
