   We stumbled upon this gem while visiting St. Louis for a wedding. Our Server, Jim was great. He gave us the background of the restaurant and their mission to get Farm to Table. The entire staff was on point. We both had the filet and it was 5 out of 5 stars.

   We visited Hamilton’s for a celebration and it did not disappoint! Eli was a wonderfully attentive waiter. We splurged on three apps, the shrimp, scallops, and pork belly. We enjoyed them all. The slaw and risotto that accompanied the scallops and pork belly were great. I think my son saw God when he took the first bite of his Wagyu steak. 😆 I recommend you get the bread and butter when offered.

   I have never had a bad experience here. It’s fanciest enough to impress out of town visitors, but casual enough I can spontaneously have dinner with a friend without having to go home and out on a suit. The whiskey list is stacked and the cocktails are mixed perfectly. Highly recommend.

   We really enjoyed the explanation our server Jim gave us about the area, the farm to table concept, the chefs choices. The filets were excellent. The margarita was made by a real bartender. Brussels sprouts a little dry but the cauliflower bites were exceptional with the spicy sauce on the side. If returning to St Louis would definetly keep on my go to list. Thanks Jim for an excellent job.

   Incredible experience. The food was absolutely delicious! The service and our waitress was top notch as well. Would highly recommend for an anniversary night or special occasion, and would visit again!!

    Hamilton’s lived up to what we had heard about it. The porkchop was out of this world . Everything from the food to the service was worth the price !
