   It was my birthday and friends had taken my out for dinner. I ordered the jumbo prawns with wild rice. MThe prawns were badly cooked. I had trouble getting the meat of the prawn shell. The meat tasked powdery and not pleasant. Fortunately the rise was good but you cant go too wrong with that part of the dish and the main part that I was eagar to enjoy was the prawns. I asked the waiter for a dish for the shells whcih she provided, When I asked for water to rinse my hands given I had to tear the prawn apart to find any edible flesh she didnt seem impresses. When she collected the dish I told her the meal was unsatisfactory. She indicated she would tell the chef, and returned with a chef apology. This was not really acceptable, it was towards the end of the night and one would think the chef woul show his face to someone dissatified with his meal. Fortunately other enjoayed their meals - they didnt order the prawns. One lady ordered the port belly and complained there was more fat then meat but what meat she had was good. Fo me my BIRTHDAY DINNER was spoiled by a grossly horrible meal.

   The beef burger was a little on the dry side and the kids fish was really nice but a lot of batter compared to fish. Great otherwise! Also, maybe lower the volume of music in the family room. It's pretty loud

   I'm a new Member at Mingara, and this was the first time eating at Hadley's. Very comfortable seating, great service. I had my family of 12 guests, and everything ran so smoothly. Particular credit to one particular staff member Xanda. A credit to the restaurant and our experience

   Overall service was good. Food from Hadleys was as cold when served.

   Bruschetta was terrible, no basil and I tiny piece of cheese. Just onion and tomato, not how it was described. Then waited an hour for main which was cold, schnitzel dry, pork belly ordinary. Staff were running around not knowing whose meal was who. Wont be dining there again.

   We weren’t aware it was trivia night and it was quite noisy. The food was nice and came to the table in good time. Seafood linguine was a little dry and the lamb souvlaki was dry also. Otherwise a pleasant dinner with friends.

   The restaurant was excellent. setting is wonderful. The food was as stated and well prepared, only complaint is I would have liked the belly pork crackling a little more crackly,

   To be honest, I was a bit disappointed. Hadley's is advertised as a bit "Upmarket" and unfortunately it isn't. Our table for two was set up for four and the wait staff were WAY too loud, just short of arguing with each other over someone's order. My wife's food was passed across the table and over the top of my food. It was then handed to her up in the air, instead of being placed in front of her on the table, you know, like in a restaurant. I also noticed that our mains were sitting on a counter top as our entree was being served, so they just sat there. The chefs are doing a good job with the cheap cuts of meat. A $44 steak that was cooked beautifully but was just not a good cut, tough and chewy and the Pork Belly was way too fatty. We were shuffled in and out within an hour. Our mains were served the minute we finished the entree. All in all, a bit disappointed. I won't be racing back. Sorry Mingara, it's a no from us.

    Ok, after being told our meal would be 90 minutes , we didn't bother, Mingara, if you have a show on, you know it will be busy, get your act together. How many people going to the show didn't get a meal. Since Ryan (Floor manager) has left the place has gone downhill. Get some decent hospitality management personal on board. {Pay more if you need to). Your supposed to be the pinnacle of clubs on the cost. No point just looking good and not delivering. You need to lift your game.
