It is a lovely little restaurant (shop/café during the day) with a nice atmosphere and exceptional customer service. I would recommend Hack & Veldt to all, and do intend to return myself!

Cosy setting in a deli that works really well. Not too many tables so well worth booking in the evening. Informal and relaxed with really friendly staff. The menu isn’t the biggest but plenty of nice choices. I had lovely , warm sourdough bread with oil and olives to start. My main was amazing plump gnocchi filled with Comte cheese and a nice pepper sauce. We shared a good bottle of rosé. A nice quirky place that I would visit again.

This was a perfect venue for what we wanted, which was a quiet friendly place with an intimate atmosphere to sit and have a glass of wine and some fine cheeses for a couple of hours late evening.
