It was very noisy and music is too loud like you are at a disco. Food was not tasty and the drinks just looked fancy but its watered down and expensive.

Server did not tell us that an 18% gratuity was included for parties of four or more. Then gave us the check which was not itemized. So he was trying to get a tip on top of a tip. Very shady. The place will not last.

They are all about the drink and dessert presentation. Too loud.

Amazing! Not too many veg options. Very loud to communicate orders to waiters. They ran out of coke and Diet Coke.

Went for a best friends birthday and had reservations for 8:45- we got there at 8:35 and sat waiting for our table to be ready for 30 minutes AFTER our reservation time . Eventually we sat down and there wasn’t the birthday menu that i requested in my reservation notes & called twice to verify that it would be there. The food was oversalted & when they brought us our food they forgot to bring utensils so we couldn’t even eat right away. Also, they even brought out the birthday girls food after everyone else had been served. Lastly, after telling them the issues there was no discount offered or even something to make it right just kinda left it at a “sorry about that”. The bill was $350 for mediocre food and poor service. However our waitress was very sweet.

Food was good, but the noise level was way too loud. Music was for more of a nightclub than a restaurant. High price for a restaurant with paper napkins and plastic silverware. Our waitress was very friendly but could use a little more training to cover the details. Barstaff were not experienced and slow to respond. Again, little attention to details. Restaurant is new so a little more experience may help. Manager was very accommodating so I think things will improve with more experience. Restaurant is suited to a younger customer or bigger groups.

Huge speakers in the dining room blaring club dance music. And this was at 615 pm. My party could barely talk to each other. I asked to turn them down but they said they couldn’t. Then, my fajitas came cold. They reheated it and then the shrimp and chicken were overcooked and tough. I couldn’t eat it. Personally, the blue corn tortillas were not the best. For the high prices they charge, this experience was disappointing.

Decor was impressive. Service and food were good. Main complaint was the very loud techno music that was nonstop annoying from the start.

Extremely expensive and small portions, we waited 45 min to be seated 30 min to get water to our table and order taken. Drinks another 20 min to get there. They focus on the bigger tables as they know they’ll get tip from them rather than the smaller tables. Right idea wrong execution with this restaurant. No manches grill in Carpentersville is smaller but food and service are 100% better
