   Chateaubriand for 2 was lovely -- perfectly prepared, generous portion, more than enough storage beans, fingerling potatoes, etc. Béarnaise and au jus were a nice addition but unnecessary . The creme brûlée arrives in a very large bowl but it was very good. Our server was just right, attentive without being hovering, on Saturday evening. There was a wedding going on in another dining room and a large family party behind us so it may have been noisier than usual

   We really enjoyed our evening at Habitat Restaurant. We came here for our anniversary meal after reading some great reviews. We were not disappointed! Our server was very friendly and professional. He made us feel very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the service was very quick! The Creme Brulee was especially delicious! We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

   Food was fantastic!! Service was good, though our server was rather puzzled with our 15 month old and there is no kids menu, so maybe best for adults or families with older kids.

   We had a wonderful server named Nicolas. Great food, nice wine, nice ambience. The perfect dinner spot for a girls' weekend getaway!

   Absolutely incredible food, ambiance, and servers! An absolute must stop for beautiful and well thought out meal. I had the mushroom ravioli and could have died, it was so amazing. Our server, Wayne, was a beautiful man who was courteous, engaging and well versed in the restaurant's offerings. I also had the "Chocolate Bomb" for desert and throughly enjoyed it. One of the best restaurants we had eaten at in Canmore and will be returning!

   Overall, thought the experience was quite good. Our server was an older French man, who was very attentive and helpful. Food was very good, no complaints as far as quality or presentation.

   Great time for Dinner, our server was amazing so polite and new the menus well. We started with an appy and the soup of the day. We are still talking about the soup! So good. Great portion size and beautiful restaurant.

   My girlfriends and I recently ate here. We were on a girls weekend away. We found the atmosphere to be very nice. Our server seemed knowledgeable about the menu and was attentive. The meal itself was excellent, our biggest concern was that the meal was extremely rushed, no sooner was our salad gone and our main course was there. we also asked for wine with our meal, first having a cocktail, we didn't even finish our cocktail and she brought the wine (which was off). We requested that she hold off on our desert, that we just wanted to enjoy and digest. She was very courteous and professional but we just wished she had of slowed down and let us enjoy our evening out. We thought maybe they needed the table but the two tables across from us remained empty after the previous customers left. Would I recommend this restaurant? YES, hats off to the chef, my advice to the server is "slow down " people are out to enjoy the evening, if we wanted to rush we'd go to McDonald's or A&W

    A most enjoyable night out with the girls. Their Thursday night special is to offer free corkage so that is a great advantage to a restaurant already with a terrific menu. Two of us contemplated ordering the Chateaubriand for Two but would recommend that dish for when you have 2- 3 hours to indulge in three courses (appetizer and dessert of your choice) and have a very hearty appetite. We chose the Polenta, the Wild Mushroom Ravioli and the New York Steak, which came with bernaise sauce, some lovely vegetables and a layered potato. Am sure they will have some great dishes to offer for Canmore Uncorked (April 9-19) Food & Drink Festival.
