Always an excellent experience at Habana! The food and service is always excellent. Beautiful restaurant. They are always very accommodating. Despite being busy they are large enough to squeeze people in last minute.

We tried to celebrate Father’s Day early and it was a disappointing experience. Food was not good, it did not taste like authentic Cuban food that you would think you’d get for the price. Everything had a strange taste to it, including the black beans, plantains were not ripe so they were tasteless. Service was slow and with very small drink glasses, it would have been great to get frequent refills. We waited about 20 minutes to get 1 refill and then the waiter never came again to offer refills. We asked a staff member that dropped off the food for ketchup for each of our young boys meals and he visibly made a disgruntled face. When he returned he brought one small little side of ketchup but we needed 2 so I kindly asked for another, he rolled his eyes and never came back. He avoided eye contact as he walked around doing other things. It felt like we were a burden to the staff and not the reason they are staff. We will not be dinning here again.

The service and food was amazing. But the live music wasn’t on our radar this evening as we wanted to be able to talk and have a nice evening amongst friends without shouting at each other.

This is a beautiful restaurant, great upbeat vibe. It’s a bit pricey, but nothing crazy. I’d have given them 5 stars, but our waiter was a nightmare.
