Since 2001, H2O Seafood & Sushi has showcased seasonal seafood, served with passion, and conceived with creativity. Designed with an upscale New England feel, you’ll feel right at home at H2O in our warm and inviting space. And what’s on our menu is dictated by what’s in the sea, with our culinary team proudly sourcing local fish and supporting local farmers through their creative takes in the kitchen.

Guests are invited to sit at our expansive gray marble bar while feasting on fresh sushi or our modern American seafood classics. Our delicious menu not only features abundant fish, but also satisfies land lovers with celebrated dishes like filet mignon wellington with mushroom duxelles and brie fondue or our roasted half chicken with cornbread stuffing, mushrooms, and chicken jus.

Weekly specials include Happy Hour, as well as our 3-course Wednesday Wine Dinners, which curate pairings of wine with each off-menu course.

Reservations are recommended but walk-ins are always welcome.

Food was soso, sushi wants that good. Ribeye steak wasn’t steakhouse quality for $60. Eh, not sure if I’d go back.

OUTSTANDING!!!! We all had the special wine dinner menu- every course was absolutely delicious and bountiful!! Compliments to the chef for beautiful plating, creativity, and fantastic flavors!!! Our server Mike truly made our meal even more enjoyable!! He is EXCELLENT!!! His attentiveness and demeanor was PERFECT!! My final comment is WOW- amazing food and service!!

H2O is our favorite seafood restaurant. The food is excellent, the ambiance inside and outdoors is pleasant and the servers are on point constantly checking that we have everything we need. The portions are generous, even the Wednesday wine dinner specials. We enjoyed the shrimp coconut rolls, fillet of sole and strawberry, raspberry puff pastry dessert. They were all perfectly prepared. We celebrated our anniversary at dinner and were wished a happy one by many of the staff. Only good things to report.

We dined on a Sunday evening. It was quiet, we didn’t have to shout to speak to each other. Food was excellent as well as the service. We would go again.

Disappointed in the cost of a single sushi roll and what your actually get. $28 for an eight piece roll that is a standard/small sushi roll. For that price my assumption was it was larger…my mistake.

My dad’s swordfish tasted pre frozen / tough. He got a lobster roll instead which unfortunately lacked flavor. My mom and I’s scallops with kimchi was good, but the crispy rice was very oily. Service was amazing though and our server really made the experience.

We visited for restaurant week. The selection was good. For appetizers we had the warm goat cheese salad (nice size) and lobster and shrimp wontons. Both were enjoyable. For our entrees we had the flounder and tuna both were exceptional. Dessert was Caramel gelato and and a lemon tart. These to were good. My wife enjoyed her drink special (Hampton spritz). Overall it was not crowded (Sunday evening) and an enjoyable evening.
