Very much worth your money to go here for the all you can eat brunch when it is available compared to going on a day it isn’t available. The prices compared to what you get don’t seem worth it otherwise without the brunch special, In my opinion. Service was very good on the day i went but i’ve heard it can vary on the day. Food was very good as well, highly recommend The Tonkatsu Club. Overall satisfied with my experience and willing to revisit on future trips.

Group of 5 had a 9:30am reservation on Monday. I added a special request to acknowledge my parents 48th anniversary and 12 year old daughter’s dance performance. A simple congrats from ANY staff member would have sufficed, it was never mentioned. Our table was not ready upon arrival, we waited until they cleaned and pushed two uneven wobbly tables together. We were seated at 9:32. We were seated next to a rude diner having a loud conversation via speakerphone that anybody in the vicinity could make out. His buddy across from him was PICKING the BUNYON OFF HIS BARE FOOT which was up on the bench seat next to my mother. The waitress saw and said nothing. At 9:39 our waitress finally came to greet us. We waited to place our order which was simple—4 brunch buffets, 1 order of toast, 2 coffees. During our over 1.5 hour total seated time, our waitress checked ONCE on my coffee. My wife never got offered a top off. When our food came (2 biscuits n gravy, 1 French toast, 1 burnt end Mac n cheese) it was all cool. The gravy had a cold film look on the top. The Mac and cheese did not come with onion straws. This was all eaten and then we waited. When our waitress came back she asked if we were all done?? 2 more biscuits n gravy, 2 more Mac n cheese, 1 All American Breakfast. When those came they were all the same, cool to cold, gravy film on the top, but this Mac and cheese came with onion straws. I finished the first biscuits n gravy at 10:23, waitress was at our table delivering the All American Breakfast at this time. Did not take empty plate. Finished 2nd biscuits gravy at 10:25. Waitress did not appear until 10:44 to collect. I ordered the chili at this time (10:44am). At 11:02 she walked by and said “let me go check on that chili”. 18 minutes and she was just checking on it??? I said forget it. Paid and left. Will not be back. Other Guy’s restaurants have been great. Food here had ok flavor but cold. Service sucks. Disappointing final meal in Vegas.

Went for the all you can eat brunch. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food that was underwhelming and served lukewarm.

The Burnt ends mac n cheese might be the best I ever had. Service was good. Restaurant is nice. Prices went up and are becoming a reason to stay away.

Unfortunately, this experience fell short of expectations. On the bright side, we made reservations, arrived promptly, and were seated quickly. The waitress was friendly and had a good sense of humor. However, issues arose: after ordering, we waited 45 minutes while two groups arriving after us were served first. A gentleman from our group asked another waitress about our order, since we couldn't find our assigned server, and she told him it wasn't her responsibility to monitor other tables and that she was too busy to help. Eventually, we located our waitress, and I asked her to check on our food. She brought it out quickly, but it was cold and beginning to go stale. She fixed the order promptly, but after another 15 minutes, our reheated dishes arrived—yet the eggs on the ALL AMERICAN BREAKFAST SLAM* were overcooked. Throughout, the waitress remained polite and apologetic, but the TONKATSU CLUB was served cold again. The highlight was the FLAVORTOWN CHICKEN N’ WAFFLES, which were delicious and at the perfect temperature. We asked to see the manager, but she never appeared. We met Guy Fieri at Big Smoke, and he enthusiastically recommended trying one of his locations. As we have not tried other locations, our experience may be specific to this one, as I see other reviews are not complimentary to this particular location. Due to Mr. Fieri's recommendation, we ignored the reviews and wanted to try for ourselves. Sadly, the reviews are accurate, and I hope his management team can turn the location around. As revealed during our meeting with Mr. Fieri at Big Smoke, he comes across as a down-to-earth, dedicated, and hardworking celebrity chef and TV personality.

I ordered the NY strip medium rare. It arrived medium well and the fries were cold. I told the waiter and he offered to bring me new fries. Why he didn’t offer the recook the steak first was beyond my comprehension. He offered later after I told him this was my last night at the horseshoe after being there 3 weeks. I just wanted a nice steak for my last meal in town. Guy’s has a reputation that does not match with the quality of the food. Basically, my meal was sitting around for at least 15 minutes before getting to my table which explains the poor quality of food

We asked the host to be seated where we could see the game, not knowing the way the restaurant was laid out. Host got very condescending and said, “everyone wants that.” and proceeded to seat us where one of us would not be able to see. The restaurant was more than half empty when we were seated. Waited 45 minutes for a glass of wine that was only ordered because the restaurant was out of Ultra. When we asked about it, the server barked at us. We are not difficult customers.
