I ordered the 16oz steak with roasted garlic potatoes and asparagus. I asked for my steak to be cooked well done, it came out pink. I had to send it back to be put back on the grill. The potatoes were barely warm and had stuck together by the time they came out. However the asparagus was really good. It was a first time experience and I will not be back for another. I thought since it was my first time I would try it.

The entrees came out 2 minutes after the appetizer. Service was slow which is fine if the food is hot and tastes delicious. I will have to say I was disappointed. Food was lukewarm and just average. Nothing at all special. Even the dessert was not that good.

First time in! Peach Whiskey Mule was fantastic! Wife’s mojito was missing some muddling and flavor. Had the pretzel pig pile, was not life changing, top pretzels on the pile were cold. Entrees pulled pork was left in the warming table to become jerky, vinegar based slaw would have stopped us from ordering it. The Kobe burger was good! Trio of Fries were tragic. There is three different types of fries, they need 3 different cook times, we had straight cut fries they were hard, waffle fries that were okay, and then the third type were soft. $95 feel like it was fraud.

We were not impressed with the food for the price. The drinks are beyond expectations!! They were so good compared to the food! We had the lobster popsicles which were good kinda chewy but the taste was really good! My aunt had the bbq sandwich the bbq was weird it was dry but really greasy. My Husband had the mac and cheese burger he said the mac and cheese on the burger was really good but his patty was over cooked and very dry. I had the trash can nachos the meat was really dry and there was really nothing on them like described on the menu, I did ask for no black beans but it was really nothing but chips and a lot of dry pork. The service was exceptional! Our waiter was amazing! The restaurant was not busy which was a plus! We didn’t complain or send anything back just left a lot of our food on the plates! And we can’t say we will be going back.

After second visit we decided we would not go back because of food quality, pricey, and poor service It had been a while since our last visit so we decided to give it one more chance. It had not improved since our last visit. The bench seat cushions are so soft that you sink into the bench and the table height was right at my chin level Several customers were seated next to us where the bench is shared among tables and each customer asked to be moved to a table with chairs because of the poor quality of the bench cushion Food Menu is exactly the same as before Our Food was cold when serviced to us Putting the side of mac & cheese on top of the texas toast made the texas toast soggy Service was not great. Server asked if we wanted desert and we had just started eating our meal. The restaurant was not busy at all. The server brought our check to us before we even finished our meals Why are the salt and pepper no on the tables anymore? Took a long time for server to find the salt and pepper for us to use. That’s strike three so we will not be returning to Guy Fieri’s Cherokee kitchen & Bar at Harriahs Cherokee, NC

Ordered appetizer, salad, and steak for our dinner. Waiting almost 1/2 hour. Then our steak arrived when I asked “the runner” what it was she said “your steak”. I said before our appetizer and salads? Steak not cooked properly and mashed potatoes they set them on were cold and bloody. Asked for manager several times . Although he comped appetizer and gave us 1 dessert it was a very frustrating experience. I wanted to relax and enjoy my meal not eat my steak first and appetizers and salad after. Although we tipped our waiter both he and manager seemed like they couldn’t care less about us.

Reservation was for 2 at 12:15 got there only had brunch menu available waiter Bradley wasn't very friendly said they were short staffed and we couldn't order anything else not only was our teas wrong but our steak meals were wrong as well and plates were cold I understand being short staffed but we waited for Over 30mins for 2 cold plates he never offered refills on teas I eat here alot and this was the 1st time I had such a bad experience

I originally had a reservation for 8:15, I was easily able to change to an earlier time, we were seated right away and our waitress Patricia was absolutely attentive and amazing. She asked if we had been there before and we answered no, she proceeded to tell us a few things about Guy’s, ie smoker on site, allergy concerns and fresh made products. Drinks were brought out, she took our order and food was delivered quickly and it was absolutely amazing. Definitely will come back again.

Our server was exceptional. Both meals that were ordered were delicious as well as the cocktails. Next time we visit the Harrah’s resort, we will definitely return to Guy Fieri’s.

Service was great. Was able to be seated prior to reservation time. Food was meh. Ordered Mexican cream corn app and salmon and grits. Creamed corn just seemed bland, tortilla chips seemed stale and overseasoned. Salmon was burnt on the bottom and Brussels sprouts were swimming in a pool of lukewarm grits. The restaurant is adjacent to the hotel lobby so many loud noises and barking dogs while dining.
