    Brought my Granddaughter who was thrilled with the food and the server McLean was very attentive. Front counter staff was very helpful and offered to take pictures when they saw we were attempting to commemorate the event.

    No atmosphere . tables need to be replaced . Like a cafeteria setting. Burger over cooked no flavor. Everything needs attention.

    We reserved a table last minute late at night! The people around us was kind of annoying and agile, but as the night went on and they closed and we were pretty much the last ones there everything was spectacular!  But the food was really good and I give it five stars all day every day!

    We have been here before and had a much different experience. I let them know we were celebrating a birthday in the reservation notes. The service was lackluster, and when we asked for a dessert menu it seemed like they were eager to turn the table and have us leave - so we did. The food was average at best. The service could have made up for it if there had been an effort to make us feel welcome.

    As first time visitors to Guy Fieri’s restaurant in Cherokee ,North Carolina, we were looking forward to a delicious meal.  the food was excellent however, we had a very poor server. He took our order after we had waited for some time. The food was brought out by three different people. Our server never stopped to ask us if everything was fine or if we needed anything, etc. The next time we saw him was to drop off the bill. The restaurant was not busy so we were very disappointed and surprise for his lack of attention to our needs.  our server was more interested in socializing than doing his job.
