   Crappy food and crappy service. My eggs came like 20 minutes after all other meals and were gross I didn’t even eat them

   A very empty Thursday night which was a bit odd for such a quality restaurant. Food was good. Service was good and the decor is nice. I'm wondering if the location is keeping folks away. Anyway, I'd gladly return.

   First time and so glad we made the trip. Anytime you are heading out East (or West) on Long Island, Do not pass up Vicinato. We started our Sunday Funday with Brunch here. Service was excellent, Drinks were amazing (Fresh Muddled strawberry mojito & Jack Honey Sweet tea) Food was served nice and hot, prepared perfectly and the flavors were beyond expectations. Definitely matched / exceeded the pictures we saw online. Can't wait to go back for the Dinner menu. Do not second guess, make a reservation and enjoy. @vicinatokitchenbar

   Great food, good service, and a very nice bar! If you like to sit at the bar before and/or after dinner, this is a wonderful choice for you!

   When we arrived a very pleasant hostess tried to seat us, but the sun was beaming in that area and were would have been very uncomfortable. Since they don't have shades to pull down, she understood and moved us to another, more appealing location in the main area. The noise was almost deafening, so much so that we put in ear plugs. That made it difficult to have a conversation, but every table was filled and people were talking very loudly. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful. She was attentive and the staff was working very hard to please everyone. Being Mother's Day, we took everything into consideration and know that they tried to accommodate the customers as best possible. The staff and service are extremely important to a restaurant experience, so I give kudos to them. The food was not exactly what I expected. The lemon sauce on the chicken francese was very thick, like a cream sauce, although our appetizers were great. We both enjoyed the vodka flat bread and the house salad. We shared both so that we could taste each of them. We will give them another shot, but not on a holiday--due to the volume of the crowd.

   Ok it’s a 2 part review…….firstly, we were placed in a solarium type room facing the street. Main problem was that the sun was setting and there are no shades. The space quickly heated up and was very uncomfortable between the sun and the heat. They accommodated us upon request and moved us inside to the interior which was much more comfortable. Main recommendation: get shades. Service was very very slow. Had to ask 3 times for bread. Was 35 minutes before the order was taken and well over 1:25 before the main course was served. Server was pleasant and made good recommendations for the main courses but was non-existent at times. It was busy there but staff seemed to just be overwhelmed. That being said, the food was excellent and worth the wait. Portions were large. Chicken parm was excellent and evenly cooked. Chicken caporiccio was also excellent. Both recommendations from the waiter and they worked out well. They brought out 3 plates but the 4th wasn’t received till 7 minutes later. Kinda makes you wonder if they forgot to make it with the others. Requested the check and received it and then waited 15 minutes for it to be processed. Kinda felt like a prisoner at times. Overall a very good meal, a bit on the pricey side but manageable, and might return again if they fix the problem with the shades and improve on the service.

   First time here! We were seated promptly at 4:30 for our reservation. And we received a nice basket of butter and bread with our menus to nibble on as we were deciding. Waiter came took our drink order and apps order and we waited not too long for our drinks and apps. Grilled calamari, lobster ravioli and some cheese came out and they were delicious. Then we ordered our entrees and they came out soon after. When I say everything was delicious, hot and fresh I mean it. Delicious. Will most def go again. Staff was very nice, place was clean well lighted and done and good was amazing.

    Fabulous Mother's Day! Came here for the 1st time for mother's day and couldn't have been happier. The menu had a lot to choose from and the prices are extremely reasonable. The service was outstanding, especially since it was a holiday and the kitchen was a little backed up, but we were checked on continuously and acknowledged. Our server Willie was knowledgeable, humorous and on point! The owner/manager took the time to come to our table to check on us, talk to us and even comped a round of drinks due to a little longer of a wait for our food. The food was fantastic and well worth the slight extra wait (as we already anticipated for a holiday). Can't wait to come back and have dinner!! Thx for a memorable day! 10 out of 10 for food, staff, hospitality and atmosphere 😊
