Gursha, located at 7A Poolbeg Street in Dublin, is Ireland’s only Ethiopian restaurant, offering an authentic dining experience that emphasises communal eating and rich, flavourful dishes. The name, “Gursha,” refers to the Ethiopian tradition of feeding others as an act of friendship and love. Central to the menu is injera, a gluten-free sourdough flatbread made from 100% Teff flour, used to scoop up a variety of stews and curries such as Doro Wat (spicy chicken stew) and Misir Wat (lentil stew). The menu caters to both meat lovers and vegans, with many dishes naturally gluten-free due to the use of Teff flour.                                                                                       I absolutely love Gursha. The food is amazing, the experience is very heartwarming and homely, and the staff are always friendly. I will definitely bring everyone I know here at some point.
