Menu on open table doesn’t match what they offer, and their current menu is $7-$8 more for the same few dishes. Waiter couldn’t get the order right from the drinks to the food, several times. Kitchen thought a pepperoni pizza should have no pepperoni, you could grease a flagpole with it. Back room reeked of fabulouso. Never again. Wasted time and money

Food was cold. Waited half an hour for it. They ran out of salad. We had pasta and French fries. The meatballs taste like they were from a frozen food bag. Horrible.

We sat in the back room ( I’m guessing party room) the server was nice but not very attentive. Maybe be fair it was on the other side of the place and she had far to go to the kitchen. When the food came the pizza was meh, not hot and very bland. Kitchen forgot the chicken in the chicken Alfredo (interesting). Half of our party had to get up and get their own drinks. Not to mention the tea was merky and old. Not a good overall experience. We used to get food here all the time . Not sure if ownership changed or what but needles to say we won’t be returning. So sad since they used to be really good

I appreciated the restaurant accommodating our large group on fairly short notice. It seems like they handle a lot of big groups. The food was good, nothing exceptional. Service was spotty with the food coming out over a period of about 10 minutes so those served first were nearly done eating by the time the last person got her meal.

Excellent friendly service, food was delicious, and the drinks were amazing. Kudos to Brianna who made dining at Guillermo's a fabulous event!!!

Went to dinner before a concert at the Tobin. Large number of customers there going as well. Food and service was great!

Our waitress was awesome!!!! Very attentive and ready to serve even though it was Mother's Day weekend. The only thing I was disappointed with was the menu. My favorite item has been removed and the menu in general was downsized.
