Good food, decent prices on drinks. Seating arrangements on the main floor need a review, seems awkwardly spread about and a mix of Hightops and tables seems bunched. Once the 1st person complains about the TV glare, just close the massive bay windows. I saw about 8 Karens whining nonstop, make ur life easier close the windows

Difficult to have a conversation due to the voices carrying. The tv screens are awesome. Did not care for Southwest chicken salad, it was served with what seemed like frozen breaded chicken that was probably defrosted but served cold. The restaurant would benefit by changing it to a grilled chicken option. We were a party of 4, another order of the same salad & they did not care for the salad either. Burger & the shrimp plate were liked. Waiter was MIA and had to flag other waiters to get him to come over. No refills received for non-alcoholic beverage. Not excited to give this place a second chance.

Food was good. Ambience was great. They really need to work on the service. We waited a very long time for anything. I know they just started and maybe they’ll get it better next time.

Originally we were excited about having a new outlet in Chula.. Reservation set up was easy through Open Table. We were seated quickly upon check in but service thereafter was a challenge. It was 25 minutes to be given water and or acknowledged and only after flagging down a waitress were we attended to. Granted its new and kinks need to be worked out but to be overlooked was a bit much. Moving on, our order was taken and food came out in about 15-20 minutes. We chose the burgers as they appeared quite hearty in size and delicious from a distance. They did get both of our orders wrong but to wait another 20 minutes or so wasn’t in our best interest. Wings, fries and burgers were just ok.. nothing to brag about. It was filling so that was a positive. As far as being a sports bar, ehhh… I counted 16 TV’s inside and the main screen was massive. So kudos to the designer there but being passionate about sports I had made a request for a game and “Randy” one of the main host stated . “What’s on is on” so I was stuck streaming a game in a s sports bar… again, based on all things mentioned, this place was impressive but disappointing at the same time. We will try it again and hope for the best.

Food was overpriced and not good. Burgers were very greasy, ambiance was decent, but for the price I expected much better food quality. Service was good though. Place has potential, possibly just a tune up to the menu and food quality.
